"It was different this time I swear!"
I exclaimed, throwing my hands in the air. Mikey looked down at me, his glasses sliding down a bit as he did.
"I never said it wasn't different Frank. I just said not to dwell on it, it was just a dream after all."
I sighed. He didnt get it... I knew it wasn't his fault but he could try a bit harder to at least humor me.
"Yeah.. I guess you're right." I mumbled. Mikey's mouth twitched into a small smirk, "of course im right dip shit." I smiled and punched his shoulder lightly. "Dont be a prick Mikey."
I laughed as he rubbed where my fist hit him. "And dont be a baby!"
He just rolled his eyes at me and we continued our trek down the sidewalk.

It was half past three when we got back to Mikeys house. We both kicked our shoes off and headed straight for the couch, with a large sigh i flopped down on one side and leaned against the arm of the sofa. I was exhausted for absolutely no reason, i was physically and mentally swamped.
"You wanna stay here tonight? We can order pizza and sleep in the basement." Mikey rolled his head lazily in my direction with one eyebrow raised questionalby.
"Sure."

By the time midnight rolled around we had eatten our way through two large pizzas and were wrapped up in the large bed in the basement talking about random ass things. I could feel my eyes get heavy, and soon after Mikey's soft snores could be heard, so i let my eyes close and passed out, my mind fading to black.

"Hey... Hey you. Why are you here?"
I opened my eyes, blinking a few times to adjust them. My head whipped around as I searched for the unfamiliar voice.
"Dont look for me yet! We'll meet soon I promise."

I shot up and gasped for air, Mikey was still fast asleep next to me so i quietly slid out of the bed and went to the small bathroom. I stared at my reflections unblinking eyes.

"I promise..."
