The Fairytale Boy

It was midday of a cold summers day. It didn't seem like summer at all, everyone was crowding the living room, some kids sitting on the sofa and some on the floor, of course Gerard took the single couch next by the window just to watch the rain fall when all the others are distracted by the TV.

"Pluviophile...such a pretty word..." Gerard muttered under his breath. That's right, Gerard is a Pluviophile, he loves the rain, he finds it calming to watch. He'd kill to go outside and lay on the muddy ground getting soaked in the rain. He wasn't allowed though.

"Kids." Brittany, a member of staff, called out grabbed everyone's attention. Everyone's face light up with joy once they saw a new person next to her. "This is Frank," she starts.

A pale looking boy was stood next to her. "He is about 16 years old, just like you, Gee." Gerard boiled with anger, how could she call him Gee? "he's a little shy but make him feel like he's at home. Be nice guys." She patted his head and left.

Frank looked around, his hazel eyes looked nervous and so he sat next to the first person that caught his attention, Mikey. "Hey." Frank spoke softly and Mikey acknowledged him and greeted him.

"Hey." Mikey replied. The then held a conversation for a few minutes and Gerard started to get jealous of Mikey, he was always making new friends and that left Gerard with no one but Tyler. Gerard got up and stormed off to his room. "Fucking asshole" Gerard groaned under his breath and went to his bedroom.

Later during the day Gerard was still sulking in his room and he skipped lunch, worrying Tyler. Mikey was too into the fact there's a new kid in the orphanage. Tyler ready to Gerard and Mike's room and knocked. "Hey, Gee, you in there?" Tyler asked and Gee groans in response so Tyler barged in.

"Dude, don't just walk in, I could've been touching myself for all your know" Gerard sighed. There ws once Tyler did walk in on Gerard...you know...touching his self. "whatever, man." Tyler retorted.

"What's wrong?" Tyler asked, Gerard shrugged. "Tell me." He insisted. "Its my brother. He intimidates me. I don't have any friends apart from you." Gerard whines.

"Aw Gee, its okay." Tyler comforts him. "I'm sure he will introduce you to Frank"

"As if." Gerard laughs and then starts ignoring Tyler till he leaves and then he fell asleep.
