Dark Carnival

"C'mon Gee lets go!" I yelled tugging him to the entrance. He rolled his eyes and pulled out a twenty dollar bill to get us tickets from the booth.

I was bouncing on my feet like a little kid on Christmas morning with a smile on my face. The lady in the booth was eyeing my creepily which made me feel kinda weird. As Gerard got the tickets from the lady I looked around and spotted the cotton candy man. I gasped and turned around to Gerard and nearly best his arm off trying to get his attention.

"Ow ow ow OW! Mikey what?" I excitedly pointed to the cotton candy man and he rolled his eyes and nodded. I squealed and hugged him tightly before letting go and leading him over there.

The cotton candy man smiled brightly at me as we approached him. He had brown curly hair that was basically an afro and he was tall. He was wearing a shirt that was black with the trimming around the sleeves pink. I could tell the shirt was provided by the people who ran the Carnival because he didn't look like the kind of guy that would wear something like that. He was kinda cute....

"Hello!" I said cheerily.

"Hi! Are you having a good time?" he asked.

"Yes what about you?" Gerard said.

"It's been good. So, pink or blue?" I debated for a second before choosing the blue cotton candy, he nodded and reached for it to bring it off the rack. His shirt rose up a but and I couldn't help but look. My mouth fell open for a second as I noticed bruses along the bottom of his stomach. I quickly closed my mouth as he turned back to me and handed the candy to me.

"how much?" Gerard asked.

"$6.50" He said. Gerard glared at me before handing the man a ten. 'your lucky I love you' Gerard mouthed to me. I smiled and made a kissy face at him, he shook his head and all but whimpered as he took his money. The man handed Gerard his change and told us to have a good time before we walked off and went to find and interesting ride.
