My Ferard Romance

(Gerard pov)
Two weeks later

I'm just sitting on the couch drawing some new comics I'm working on, when all of a sudden I got a call from Frankie because he was at school and his mom called him and said that his father is coming back to Jersay to visit Frank, in about a week. Frank doesn't want to go. I don't blame him but... anyway Frank tells me that his dad really wants to see him and apologize.

An hour later Frank comes in and starts to complain about this, by yelling and taking it out the anger on me. Well he seemed to be yelling to himself but it seemed like it was to me. I told him to calm down a few times.
"WHY DOES HE WANT TO SEE ME NOW!? HE CLEARLY DIDNT CARE BEFORE, AND NOW HE DOES!" Frank yells.
"Frankie calm down, yelling won't make it any better" I said to him.
"I CANT BELIEVE THIS!" he continued.
I kept trying to calm him down but it was not working. I hate when people yell at me (even when they don't mean to) because it reminds me of when I was younger, people were always yelling at me and stuff.
"WHY?... WHY?" He kept yelling.
"FRANK IERO!..." I yelled to get his attention, I hated it.
"...STOP yelling ok it's starting to make me uncomfortable... Please?" I said to him calming him and myself down. He just looked at me.
"Sorry, I'm just..." He said.
"I know but yelling isn't making the situation better" I said interrupting him.
He looked at me and nodded. Then he gave me a kiss and walked into the kitchen. That kiss was turning me on though, I just watched him walk into the kitchen and starred at his beautiful ass.



I felt a buzz come from my phone and it was Mikey. He texted me and just as I was going to text him back, he called me.
I answer "hey Mikey!"
He had a tone of panic in his voice.
"Gerard..." He said.
I started to get nervous.
"Mikey, what's wrong?" I said frantically.
The phone was silent.
"Mikey!!... Mikey? You there?" I said nervously.
The phone is still silent. Then I heard a cough come from his end of the phone so I knew he was still there.
*cough*
"Mikey? You ok?" I asked nervously.
More silence.
"Gerard..." He said again.
"What Mikey" I said without hesitation.
"Gerard I need help" Mikey said.
Then the phone went dead and he hung up.

I grabbed Frank and ran out the door, hailed a cab and took it all the way to my parents house.
"Where the fuck are we going Gerard" Frank asked me.
"we're going to my parents house Frank" I answered him.
"And why...?" He asked.
"Because Mikey called me, barely said anything then hung up, and I'm worried about him." I explained to Frank.
"Ok" he said.

Once we got there I paid the cab and ran inside the house. No one was home cause the car was gone the only car there was Mikey's. Then I heard something come from upstairs.
So I ran up and opened every door, starting with Mikey's room. He wasn't in there, then I went to the bathroom and knocked o the door and opened it slowly.

Mikey was laying on the floor. I ran over to him and held him.
"MIKEY!! MIKEY!" I yelled hoping that he'd answer/hear me.
There where bottles of booze and pills everywhere. I quickly picked him up and took him to the car and drove him to the hospital, Frank stirring next to him while I was driving. When we got there, doctors took him into the back where ever they had to, and all Frank and I could to was wait.



~Three hours later~
Me and Frank are still waiting in the waiting room at the hospital. Then I heard one of the doctors call for me.
"Mr. Way" the doctor said.
"Yes" I said back.
"Your Michael's brother?" The doctor asked.
"Yes I am" I said back.
"You may go and see him now, he's in stable condition, but he's going to have to stay over night just to make sure." The doctor said to me.
"Thank you, but do you know what happened?" I asked.
"Yes, you see we had to flush his stomach because the alcohol and the pills counteracted each other and and he was passed out for a while, it seemed like he was trying kill himself with the amount he had taken." The doctor explained.
I was really upset with that news and worried about him and thought why he would do that. All these different theories I had.
"Thank you" I said I bit disappointed.

Then Frank and I walked to his room in the hospital. We walked in and he was hooked up to all these machines and he was asleep. I started to cry looking at my baby brother like that. Frank was next to me hold my hand comforting me. All I wanted to know was why, I kept thinking.

As we sat there a half hour later I see Miley's starting to wake up.
"Mikey" I said softly.
"G-Gerard" he mumbles.
"I-Is that y-you?" He asked.
"Yes Mikey it's me, and Frank is here too" I said.
"Mikey, what happened, please tell me?" I asked him.
"Well..." he paused.
"I don't really remember... I few days ago Kristen broke up with me, and I was really upset, then I stumbled upon moms liquor cabinet and I took one out and tried it, then next thing, I drank the whole bottle. Then I kept drinking them. Then I realized that it wasn't working what ever I was doing, I call you, but I was scared to tell you so I hung up and I went to the medicine cabinet in the bathroom and I found a pain killer and just took a hand full of them not caring what happened..." He explained.
"Oh Mikey, but so many of us love you. I know I do baby brother" I said to him.
"Me too" Frank chimed in saying.

I looked up at Frank and sitting on the other side of him. He looked at me too.
"Alright Mikey, we'll let you rest, and we'll be back in the morning" I said to him.
"Ok" he said.
And we left.

We went back to my parents house and spent the night there. When we got there and went to my old room Frank told me
"Now my problem with my father doesn't seem so bad anymore, I still don't want to see him but..." He said. And I just looked at him and I didn't know what to say to that.
