Life Sucks, But We'll Carry On Anyway *SLOW UPDATES*

Frank's POV-

The next day, my alarm goes off at the time I usually get up for school, which is 6:30am.
I only got about 4 hours sleep last night, which fucking sucked.
Instead of getting up, I turn over and sleep for another hour.

~time lapse till 7:30am~

"Melody! Why didn't you get up earlier! We are gonna be fucking late now!" My dad yells, taking off my blanket.
"Okay, go away!"
This routine is basically everyday on school mornings....
I complete my normal routine, wearing a Marilyn Manson shirt this time, with my Motionless In White jacket, as well as eyeliner and all that.

~time lapse to school, 5th period, (period right before lunch time)~

I wait outside the art classroom, waiting for the teacher to let us in.
The only person I know in this class, is Fin, which is Chloe's ex.
He arrives, and stands next to me.
He only has one earphone in like usual, and looks really fucking sad.
I take out one of my ear buds and turn to him, "hey, you ok man?"
He shakes his head, meaning no.
"I heard about what happened... That really sucks you guys were a great couple..."
He just shrugs, "yeah I know..."
"I'm here if you need to talk..." I say.
He nods, "inside..." And I nod.

The teacher arrives and we go into the classroom, and I sit at the end table with Fin.
We put our shit down, as the teacher hands us some drawing we need to copy.
This art class isn't like the ones in movies, where anything is art, and you can basically do anything creative you want, no... This art class is where our teacher hands us out a random thing and we need to copy it.
Which sucks, because I'm only good at drawing things I actually want to draw, not a fucking vase on a table...

I quickly start scribbling just the base of the vase really quick so if the teacher checks, I'll have something to show, and then I push it away, taking out my phone instead, and I listen to music.
"So, what's up?" I say, turning to Fin.
"It really sucks on what happened, but there's something I want to ask you..." He says.

Oh shit...

"Yeah, what?"
He hesitates, "I really like you, Melody... I was wondering if you wanted to be my girlfriend?"

What. The. Fuck.

"Hum....I'm sorry but, I know Chloe broke your heart, it doesn't mean you should use me to fix it... Fin I'm sorry but no...."
"Hey, I'm legit, I really do like you. I'm not using you..." He encourages.
I shake my head, "I'm sorry, no...."

He sighs, putting his head down on the table.
I'm not sure if he's crying or sleeping...

"I'm sorry, I just. It's too soon, you know?" I try to make him feel better.
He nods, but doesn't lift his head back up, so I just sigh and lean back, zoning out, focusing on the music.

~time lapse~

The bell for lunch goes, snapping me out of my day dream, which was about Kellic by the way...
I get up, and leave the room, seeing as Fin has already left, I don't wait or walk with him.
I grab my stuff, look down, avoiding everyone's eyes, and walk quickly to my locker, nervous as fuck that I'll run into Gerard.

(The following stuff actually happened irl as well so yea .-.)

As I'm walking to my locker, I bump into someone.
I quickly apologise, glancing up, seeing that it's no other than Gerard fucking Way!
"Er..." I stutter, my entire face going red.
He smirks, "you okay? You didn't fall or anything did ya?"
".....uh.....y-y-Ye------ahhhh---- f-f-fine...."
He shyly flicked his hair, and smiles, perfectly, "okay well, I need to go, see ya."

I stare at him, my face flushed, as he leaves to go to his locker, I assume.

When I finally quit my daze, I quickly get to my locker, dumping all my shit in there and find Mandy waiting for me.

"Hey" I say.
"Hey, soooo....." She smiles, mischievously.
"What...?"
"I saw you and Gerard up there..."
I instantly blush, "I-I bumped into him..."
"Did you hear him talk? Does he sound sexy?"
"Shut up..." I smirk.
"We should totally go talk to him."
"No fuckin way" I say.
"Aww come on, let's just walk around then" Mandy suggests.
"Fine, but if we run into him, you have to shut up."
She agrees, and we start walking around, "so how's life?" She asks.
I shrug, "Same as usual, you?"
"It's okay." She replies, and I nod slightly, as we continue randomly walking.

Mandy suddenly nudges me, "what?"
She gestures, towards down stairs, and when I look over I see Gerard and his girlfriend, Grace.
"We are not going down there." I say, sternly.
"Okay, well let's just say hi then."
"No." I reply.

But, Mandy, being who she is, goes to the edge of the thing, and shouts from up here to him.

"GERARD!!" She yells.

I don't stay to see his reaction, but I assume he looks up.

I run into the first classroom, I come across, and stay there waiting for a while, before going back out again.... Big fucking mistake...

Grace and Mandy are talking.
Gerard is downstairs, watching them.
It looks like Mandy is upset...
Despite my awkwardness, I go over there.

"so, stay away from us you fat fuck. You need to go starve yourself, bitch!" Grace exclaims, to Mandy.
"Hey fuck off." I chime in.
Grace turns to me now, "keep away from my boyfriend, you emo freak."
I don't reply, but the second she says anything about my friend, she's getting it....
"What? Not gonna say anything? Why are you wearing that jacket in this weather, huh? What are you covering...." She suddenly yanks my jacket off, exposing my scars.

I glance down, seeing Gerard climbing the stairs to us.

Fuck fuck fuck fuck

I look back at Grace, and she isn't giving back the jacket, and I'm too short to reach it, Mandy has already left.

I quickly make a decision, and start running the opposite direction, my arms crossing so no one sees.
I run to the bathroom, knowing that Gerard would try to give me back my jacket, I stayed in there.
I stayed there until the bell for end of lunch to go off.
I decide not to go for last 2 periods, and finally let myself cry in the cubicle.
I put my head in my hands and break.

Notes

Each chapter usually has a bit of things that didn't actually happen, but this chapter is so scary looking back on, as every single thing in it happened o.o
