Frank's POV-

Jace walks with me to my class, which is science. Evelyn and Fin are both in that class, and I internally cringe.

I really don't wanna go and face her.

''You okay? You seem stressed out.'' Jace comments, as we are walking.

I shrug, ''It doesn't matter, just don't really want to face some people in this next class.'' I reply.

He nods, ''We should hang out, want to meet after school?''

''Yeah sure, my dad is always late to picking me up, so that'd be good... unless you have somewhere to be?''

''No, it's fine. I catch the bus at 4:30 so I've got ages.''

I nod, ''Okay cool. Well, see you then...?''
''Yep, cya.'' He replies, then goes off in a different direction.

I'm really glad I met Jace...

Now, I have to face Evelyn.... shit.

I walk in, late of course, and the teacher looks at me, ''Why are you late, Melody?'' He asks.

Shit, everyone's looking fuck fuck fuck

''U-uhm sorry, uhh I w-was late because.... uhm, I-I went to t-the wrong c-class...''

I stutter so much shit

they all think I'm so weird

ugh I'm so pathetic

He nods, ''Okay, well today we are doing a experiment. Everyone is already in groups, so you should join Fin and Evelyn over there.'' He points to the back corner where they are.

Of fucking course with them, I had to be grouped up with them.

I silently walk over to them, quickly stuffing my earphones in.

''Melody... I....'' Evelyn starts, and i just shake my head, implying to just shut up and leave it alone.

I don't dare look at her or I'm afraid i'd fall apart.

I sit down, as far as possible from her and Fin, and take out my phone to text Jamie.

Me- Hey, you there?

I don't get a response so I assume he must be sleeping due to the time difference.

I just zone out and listen to The Amity Affliction, before Fin awkwardly sits next to me, and touches my shoulder.

"Mel...?'' He asks softly.

I sigh... here we go...

''What?''

''I-I heard about what happened.... Evelyn told me.... Just wanted to say she wanted me to tell you she's sorry and for you to give her a second chance.''

''Just, please I don't mean to be rude, but just don't talk to me right now, I don't want to talk right now'' I say.

I sigh, this lesson is going to go by really slow, all I want to do is see Jace.

Just before the bell goes implying its the end of the lesson, of course Evelyn comes up to me.

''Frank, I-I'm sorry okay? I did like you, really''

I scoff, ''Like hell you did, Mandy told me what you said, I know you don't give a fuck about me, you just dated me to be ''edgy'' just please fuck off, leave me alone.''

I glance at the clock, seeing its only 5 minutes until the bell should go, I just grab my stuff and leave.

The teacher tries to stop me but I continue to jog out.

I manage to hold back from crying and go straight to the bathroom.

In the bathroom I let myself fall apart and cut the shit out of my arms to make myself feel better for now.

I sigh as I just sit on the toilet seat watching the blood drip down, then I realise Jace is probably waiting for me, so I quickly clean up and go to see him.
