Honeyboy.

But I Believe We're the Enemy.

Frank Iero walked through the torn up streets of New Jersey, head down as he maneuvered his way through people, simply wanting to get to his destination quickly.

The newly turned 19 year old was short and skinny, blending into the crowd well, or so he thought. There are always certain people that just catch someone's unwanted attention.

Now, for Gerard Way, that person happened to he Frank Iero. For months now, he'd been watching the boy from afar, careful to never be spotted. No, no. Everyone would recognize Gerard Way, if he let them.

Notorious for not only a long string of gruesome murders, but also for a few petty thefts. He found himself to be quite skilled at disguising himself, and it always proved to be true. The man wore dark sunglasses and jeans, a plain hoodie over top. Nondescript was the only suitable way to describe his attire, in public. And that's how he liked it.

Now though, he was bored of murders and had no need to steal items. He was planning a kidnapping this time. Though, he supposed that in some ways kidnapping was like stealing a person, but it was much different. It took longer, more precise planning.

Though now, Gerard had gotten impatient, and threw his planning to the wind as he watched Frank walk into an empty alleyway.

A grin spread across his face as he stepped away from the wall he'd been leaning on, smoking leisurely, and he began following the boy, pausing at the mouth of the alleyway amd taking breath, his hands trembling with his excitement.
It always made him tremble, when he was going to do something bad. It was always just so exciting, to go against the law. It always gave him a thrill.

And what was worse than kidnapping the son of the city's police chief? Not many things, that Gerard could do anyway.

It was dark, the alleyway almost pitch black, and Gerard in his dark clothes was practically invisible. He took quiet steps toward the boy, who had stopped to check his phone, pulling something from his pocket.

The light from the phone glinted off the blade of the knife Gerard had drawn, catching the boys eye. Though, before he could turn around, Gerard had the knife pressed to his neck and his mouth covered.

"Now now, honeyboy, don't fret." Gerard whispered in his ear, the boy tensing up, his phone dropping to the ground and shattering instantl, the screen going black.
"Don't make a noise, and there won't be any use for this, honeyboy."
He whispered, running the knife over Frank's cheek gently, not enough to draw blood, but enough to send a shock of fear through his small body.

For the chief of police's son, the boy was definitely weaker than Gerard had expected him to be. There boy didn't even try to fight back. If Gerard wasn't so damn high on his thrill, he'd probably laugh.

"Perfect, little boy. Let's walk, yeah? You'll stay nice and quiet, right? And you'll stay right by my side." Gerard grinned, the boy nodding obediently, paralyzed by fear.

Gerard turned turned the boy around, stroking his cheek gently as Frank's eyes filled with fear, recognizing Gerard's face as he took the sunglasses off. "Ooh, don't look so scared sweet honeyboy. I'm not gonna hurt you, sweetie." He said, slipping the knife into his pocket.

"let's go now, Frankie. And when we get somewhere private, you can ask all the questions swirling around in that little mind of yours." Gerard said, leading the tense boy through the streets, his sunglasses back on, both blending in to the rest of the people in the busy streets. Nondescript, as always.
