Mikey's P.O.V

I jumped into the passenger's side of Charlotte's car. She plopped herself into the driver's side and started the engine. I watch as she carefully navigates through the Jersey streets. The clock reads 11:00pm. I sit quietly watching Charlotte out of the corner of my eye. I see her take quick glances my way before I decide to finally say something.
"Charlotte? How did you know that I was at the party?"
"Oh, I was there. I watched you punch Drew in the face too." She replies.
"Oh, right, about that..." I start.
"Don't worry about it. He deserved it."
"Yeah, he did." I laugh.
"You can just call me Char, all my friends do." She suddenly states.
"We're friends?" I ask.
"Well, yeah. I mean, I always thought of us as friends."
"You did?"
"Yep, ever since Vanya started dating Gerard."
"Oh."
I sit in silence again with thoughts running throughout my head. Did Charlotte like me?
