Wild Eyed Jokers

Prologue Gerard and Frank live in a universe in which your power animal determines your lifestyle, hunting weapon, and mate. Gerard’s power animal is the Sardinian Fox and he is a part of the Halcyon tribe. Frank is part of a pack of Wilds. Wilds are rebellious individuals who choose a life outside of a tribe, which is frowned upon. His power animal is the Eastern Timber Wolf. In this universe, people are humanoid hybrids of their power animal. There are also animals alongside humans. Depending on the power animal they have, people hunt different animals. If an individual comes across their power animal, they have the power to communicate with it. Humans also have traits of their animals. For instance, Frank can howl to communicate with his pack and growl to intimidate other people. However, they do have human levels of intelligence. They also have access to music and headphones. Relationships between Tribals and Wilds are highly unaccepted. Even more so if they are not of the same power animal. Just to recap, here are some definitions and explanations: Wild- An individual who chooses a life outside of a tribe. A rebel of sorts. Tribal- A more traditional being who stays within their tribe’s territory and culture. Power Animal- An animal to which a person has a connection on both a physical and emotional level. Relationships between Tribals and Wilds are frowned upon, as well as relationships between people of different power animals. Humans can communicate with their power animal and have many traits of that animal.
