The Paradox Killer has always had a fascination with puzzles, games, and enigmas. He found himself the day he trapped his first victim in a wooden box and played with their mind until his little toy finally broke. Her head was found two days later on the side of an abandoned highway, still locked inside the box. The body was never recovered.


Gerard Way is a twenty-something struggling private investigator living in a shitty apartment in downtown Seattle when he is called to locate a teenage boy who ran away from home. Soon enough, Gerard finds himself in the middle of The Paradox Killer's sick, twisted games. Can he save himself and an innocent boy before it's too late?
