You can say I Love You, But I won't hear it

In this story Frank is deaf; so that means the portion of this story will be written differently, for the viewers to know what is in ASL there will be a different writing format...example

“Come over here” - When there is quotes and italics that mean they are speaking and signing
Come over here – When there is only Italics that means they are signing only
“Come over here” – No italics and with quotes that means they are speaking only
