"It's okay, Gerard. You can come out now." Linda said, peeking at Gerard who was hiding behind her legs. He stuck his head out his head and saw the very exited Frank staring at him.
"Hi Gerard! I'm Frankie." The hyper boy ran around his mother and eyed the shy child.
"Wanna come play with me?" He asked.
Gerard furrowed his eyebrows and looked up at Linda. She gave him a reassuring nod and moved away from the nervous boy.
"C'mon!" Frank said, taking Gerard's hand. "Let's go play!"
