I'm Really Not That Bad.

"You should meet the others they're re-" Frank was cut off as he was tackled to the ground by a girl with wildly dyed red hair. "Frankie! I'm back!" She said, Frank's expression went from shocked to ecstatic in a mater of seconds. "Hayley! I missed you!" Frank said, wrapping her in a hug.
Gerard stood off the the side, watching awkwardly. The girl stood up, pulling Frank up with her. "Who's he?" She asked, looking from Frank to Gerard before a grin appeared on her face.
"Gosh Frankie, I was only gone a few months and you got yourself a boyfriend?" She teased.
Frank's pale face blushed a bright pink, and he elbowed the red haired girl. "No! He's new. We're friends." He said, smile still ever present on his face.
"I'm Gerard. Nice to meet you." He stuck his hand out, the girl shaking it immediately. "Hayley. Same to you." She smiled.
With that she said good bye to Frank, going to see Lindsey. "You know her?" Gerard asked once she was out of sight. "Yep. She goes to my school. She's schizophrenic." He explained, taking Gerard's hand and walking through the halls with him.
"Do you wanna meet some others?" He asked, a bounce in his step. Gerard simply shrugged. Taking that as a yes, Frank led him to a sort of lounge area where a few people sat.
One boy looked up from his spot on the floor immediately as Frank walked in, face breaking into a smile. "Hey, Frankie!" The guy said, standing up and picking the short boy up in a hug.
When Frank was on the ground again the guy finally noticed Gerard. "Well look at you. I saw you today. You like Frankie, eh?" The guy said, grinning. Gerard bit his lip, not answering the question, simply introducing himself. "Oh. Yeah. I'm Brendon." He said, arm still wrapped around Frank's shoulder.
Gerard couldn't help but feel a pang of jealousy at how close they were. Brendon was called back over by a girl named Sarah, and Frank continued to introduce people until it grew dark and everyone was ordered to their rooms.
