So, it all starts off with a person who is conflicted about who they are. That's normal, right? Right. But have you ever felt like you weren't who you were meant to be? Like you're in the wrong body? That's exactly how Frankie feels. Throughout her/his life they will be making decisions that will change their life and everyone else's lives forever. They will go through a journey of love, hate, loss and sadness.
Frank is on his way to hitting rock bottom. Gerard is already there.

(22) Very shy. Outcast, keeps to herself a lot. Often found with either a book, a cigarette or a guitar in her hand.
Gerard Way
(29) Bisexual. Comic book artist. Heavy smoker. Struggles with addiction. Uses sex and drugs to fill a dark hole inside of him. Doesn't know how to deal with his attraction to Frank.
James Dewees
(30) incredibly loyal to Frank/Frankie. They're like siblings. Always there to offer Frankk/Frankie guidance when they need it. Very protective.
