just another killjoy story

I woke up the next morning and realised I actually slept. It felt really good and alive again. I turned around to look at Red but got surprised by the fact she wasn’t there. I sat up in my bed and looked around me. I saw that it was already light outside and I guessed it was around eleven already. I looked around in the room and saw missile was gone as well. I just sat in bed for a while and thought about what Party told us last night. I don’t really want to tell him our part of the story but I think I have to, it could be important information. After a while I heard my stomach and thought it was a good idea to eat something. I tried to stand up and it actually kind of worked. I hadn’t stand for a while so it felt pretty weird but it didn’t hurt as much as it did before so walked around in the room. After I was used to walking again I decided to go to the main room of the diner to meet the others. I walked into the main area and was happy to see red and the others. They were all just doing their own things. Party and Jet sat at the table. Party was drawing while Jet was eating some power pup. Fun was running around with Red’s boot while missile and Red were chasing him.
‘’Fun give it back!’’ Red said angry. Fun just turned around and stuck his tongue out. Then Red saw me and began running towards me. She hugged me and I almost fell because she ran so fast.
‘’You’re walking again’’ she said happy.
‘’yeah, kinda.’’ I laughed.
I walked further in the room and before I sat down at the table I grabbed the boot from fun because he wasn’t paying attention to it anymore. I sat down and gave the boot back to Red who stuck her tongue out to fun and laughed.
‘’Good morning.’’ I said to everyone at the table and they all said it back.
‘’Do you want some power pup?’’ Missile asked.
‘’yes, I’m really hungry.’’ I said and she ran to the bar to get me some.
‘’Are you sure your leg feels good enough to walk again?’’ Jet asked
‘’Yes I think so, I still feel it a little bit but It’s feeling way better then yesterday.’’
Missile gave me the power pup and a spoon and then sat next to Red and fun at the bar who were still arguing. I started eating my power pup and was again surprised of the weird taste.
‘’I wanted to go to Dr. Death defying today to introduce you guys to him.’’ Party said after a while.
‘’Jet, Missile, Fun and Kobra will stay here today.’’ He then said.
‘’How is Kobra doing?’’
‘’His wound is pretty deep but he should be okay in a few days and the wound should be gone in a few months.’’ Jet answered.
I finished my power pup and was ready to go.
‘’Gamma? Party? could I maybe stay here as well? Fun wanted to practice shooting with me again.’’ Red asked us when we wanted to stand up.
‘’Well that’s okay by me, but I don’t know about your sister.’’ Party said.
I didn’t want to leave Red here actually. I didn’t want to be separated from her but I couldn’t say no. She wasn’t my property so I had to let her do what she wanted.
‘’well I guess you could stay here…’’ I started my sentence but couldn’t finish it because Red hugged me.
‘’thank you Gamma you’re the best.’’
‘’Be save and don’t get in to much trouble with Fun Ghoul.’’
‘’He is the one who starts, he is the annoying one not me.’’ She said offended.
''And are you sure you're readdy to shoot again?''
''I don't know but that's why I wanna try it.'' she said.
I laughed at her and walked to Party who was already standing by the door.
‘’so just us two then.’’ He said.
‘’yeah I guess sooo.’’ I replied as he opened the door. I looked back one more time to see Red and then walked outside. Before we got in the car party gave me an old scarf and sun glasses.
'''We will give you guys some real masks soon but this will do now.'' He said while he put on his own yellow mask. I put on the sun glasses and tied the scarf around my face and then got in the car. We both sat down in the front of the car and then Party drove away. After a while he started talking.
‘’I don’t know if you want to tell me, but it’s pretty important for me to know what happened to you guys.’’ Party said.
‘’I thought you didn’t want to tell it yesterday because of red so I thought this was the perfect moment to ask because you’re alone now.’’
I wanted to tell him but I just didn’t know how to start. It was a long and very painful story. I decided to just start from the beginning from the moment where we got arrested.
‘’Well it’s a long story but it all started at normal Wednesday when we wanted to enter the school.’’

Notes

sooo one of the next chapters is gonna be their history with BL/ind. I say one of the next chapters because the next one is probably gonna be about Red and the others in the diner.
I hope you guys still like it even though this chapter didn't at that much to the story.
