Gerard's P.O.V I smiled as Frank tried to stay on my back. I flipped myself forward so he flew over my shoulder and landed on the floor infront of me. He groaned as I walked away to hug Kat. "So." I said, ignoring Frank's moaning as he left the room. "I was thinking of Kitty for a girl or Tom for a boy." "I know I'm going to regret asking this." She sighed. "But why?" I grinned. "Kat's have kittens." I explained. She just laughed. "Not a chance." I pouted. Then grinned as another idea struck me. "How about ET for a boy or Demi for a girl?" "Your insane." She mused. I grinned wider. "So I've been told." She shook her head. "I was thinking we call the baby Elena Donna for a girl. Or Michael Donald for a boy." "You mean that?" I asked, surprised. She pulled me down to kiss her. "Yes." She said, pulling back. "Your family has been really good to me. It would be an honour to name our baby after them. Maybe we could ask Frank, Ray and Bob to be godparents?" I smiled. "Frank? Really?" I laughed. "The baby's already taller than him." She laughed just as the guy's walked in. "What's so funny?" Mikey asked. I looked at Kat. Silently asking permission. She smiled and nodded. I looked back at the guys. "How would you guy's like to be the kittens..." "Baby's." Kat corrected. I grinned. "The kittens godparents? I mean Frank, Ray and Bob cos Mikey's already the uncle." "Oh my god." Ray shouted, jumping up and down. "Yes." "I'd be honoured." Bob smiled. I grinned as Frank was finally at a loss for words. Peace at last. "I mean I know it'll be hard for Frank." I said. Frank frowned. "Why?" "Because it's already taller than you." "But it hasn't even been born." He pointed out. "Exactly." Frank launched himself towards me, so I ran. Straight out the front door and down the street. "Having trouble catching me, little boy." I shouted, laughing. I ran round the car and looked over at him, making out I couldn't see him over the hood. I frowned. "Frank? Frank? Where are you?" Frank laughed. "You are so dead." I saw Kat, Mikey, Ray and Bob laughing by the front porch. Then Kat's face dropped and she grabbed her stomach. I ran past Frank and straight to Kat. Suddenly everyone realized what was happening. "Kat, baby?" I panted as I put a hand on her back. "Is it time?" "Yeeesss." She moaned out. "Frank, call my parents." I immediately started barking out orders. "Ray call the hospital. Bob started the car. Mikey grab Kat's hospital bag." They all did as I told them as I draped Kat's arm across my shoulder and put my arm around her waist. "Let's get you to the car, honey." I said, gently as I led her to the now running vehicle. We made the journey to the hospital in record time. But also within the law. Ray jumped out the car before it had completely stopped. He gestured for the waiting nurse to come help. She wheeled a wheelchair over and helped me get Kat in it. Then we were off. Time Lapse>>>>>>>>>> The next morning. I smiled down at the sleeping baby girl in her hospital crib. "Elena Donna Way." I said, quietly. "I'm your Daddy. Your so beautiful. Just like your Mommy." I kissed the tip of two fingers and placed them on the baby's head, gently. Then I turned to Kat. She smiled as I approached her. "Thank you for being there, Gee." I frowned. "Why wouldn't I be?" I asked, sitting on the bed and grabbing her hands. "I am the Dad after all." I leaned over and kissed her. 'I love you, Gee." She said as she pulled back a little. I sighed as I looked down at our joined hands. "I...err...I need to ...err...talk to you about that." "Y...you don't l...love me?" She sobbed. I looked up, shocked. "Of course I do." She wiped a stray tears off her face. "T...then what do you mean?" I sighed again. "I thought I had a couple more days at least." I said. I grabbed her hospital bag and put it on the bed between us. She frowned. "Open the bag." She shot me a confused look. "Why?" I rolled my eyes. "Just do it.?" She unzipped the small black holdall. Looking inside, she saw a book sized black box with a black ribbon tied around it. She looked up at me, then back at the box. "Open it." I demanded. She removed the ribbon and opened the box. Inside was a small unisex babygrow in white. On the front was the word's, 'Kitten Way.'. She grinned. "Take it out then." I ordered. As she lifted the garment, a small diamond ring fell from the babygrow and into the box. Her eye's widened and she gasped as she covered her mouth. I picked up the ring and got down on one knee beside the bed. "I know it's a little too soon. But I love you, Kat." I told her. "We can do this in a couple of years time, if you want to. But I want to ask you. Kat, will you marry me?"
