Not eating is a sign of true willpower.
I awake with a start at 4:30 am. I run to my bathroom and let it happen. Cramps, god the cramps! I stay in there until 6:00.
I start getting ready for school. Before i get dressed i weigh myself. Again 100-150. Slowly it stops moving. 125. 125! First goal achieved! Next week i will be 120!
I wear an old misfits shirt and blue jeans. As i drive to school all i cant think of are those two numbers: 125 and 120. So excited that my stomach stops hurting. I drink tons of water throughout the day. Less water weight, boosts metabolism, clear skin... I just want to lose water weight. And I need to rehydrate from this morning.
The day goes by super fast and before I know it, I'm in my car singing along with Mikey and Frank . When we go home, i go downstairs and they go up. We have an elliptical down there so I can burn off those pretzels i ate today.
I spend 75 minutes down there and end up burning almost 300 calories. I collapse on the couch and watch tv for a little bit. My mom gets home and sees me laying down and kisses my forehead.
"Hey mom."
"Hey honey. How was school?"
"it was really good. How was work?"
"People are annoying as ever. Seriously sometimes i just wanna-" she punches her hand. "But i dont want to get fires so i dont. I'm going upstairs to make some spaghetti. Franks here?" I nod. She goes upstairs and i follow her shortly after. I go up to my to my room and open my laptop. 'How to get out of eating dinner'
i open the first site i see. Www.proanawintergirl.com (not a real website) . It's literally screaming 'i diagnosed myself'.
i start reading the short list.
'•stomach ache! It always works!
•if you have braces say your teeth hurt.
•say you ate a lot already.
•accidentally put salt all over your meal.
•tell them you dont like the meal.
•refuse to eat it.

I get one chance. I go with stomach ache.
