What doesn't destroy you, leaves you broken instead.

I wake up and groan immediately, wishing I could sleep for a few more hours but knowing if I do, I would be extremely late to school. I roll, literally roll, out of bed and just lay there and tell myself how I'm not going to weigh myself. Not until the end of the week. I quickly grab a grey long sleeved shirt and blue slightly ripped jeans as it's getting cool outside. I refuse Mikey's offer of cinnamon sticks and begin my way to school.
Mikey heads out shortly after and catches up to me.
"Where has frank been? You haven't hung out in a few days." I questioned him. But I knew it was a bad idea when all I get I a glare in return. I nod and speed up a bit.
School goes by super fast. I worked on my project as much as I could and I got most of it done. I skipped lunch since I ate way too much yesterday. Since I didn't take the car, I head out the doors and start walking. But this time, Mikey's with me and frank tags along too. You could almost taste the tension between them. But you could also tell my the awkward small talk they were trying to resolve something. When we get home, I go to my room and plop on the bed. I fall asleep immediately

When I wake up, its dark outside and my alarm clock shouts 10:26 in angry red numbers. I sigh happily, knowing I got away with zero calories today. Zero! I try to go to bed so i dont end up going downstairs and eating until I burst. The urge to go downstairs and eat passes with out any harm to me. I fall into a uneasy sleep with hunger pains in my stomach. I try to ignore the voice in my head that loves it.
