Hold Me Tight

"GERARD HELP!" Dinah practically screamed causing Gerard's ears to ring.

"What is it?" He demanded, standing beside her hospital bed.

"ITS HAPPENING!"

"Whats happening?!"

"THE BABYS HAPPENING!"

"Holy shit!" Gerard exclaimed then he raced out the room to get a doctor a nurse or anyone really. Him, two nurses and a doctor re-entered to room.

"Okay Dinah I'm going to need you to breathe." One of the nurse coaxed.

"OH REALLY? I DIDN'T REALISE I NEEDED TO BREATHE."

Gerard laughed, mostly because of how bizarre this was.

"GERARD GET OVER HERE!" Dinah yelled, shushing Gerard's laughter instantly. He walked over sheepishly and she clutched his hand.

"Oh.no.Dinah.you.are.not.crushing.my.hand. one.bit.and.this.is.not.agonisingly.painful."

"SHUT UP GERARD AND HELP ME PUSH!"

"How am I supposed to help?" Gerard asked his eyes filled with terror.

"Hey, is the baby here?" Dorrit asked as Gerard entered the hallway.

"Yeah." He beamed.

"Did it hurt her? Was it gross? Did you throw up?" Mikey asked, his face was as pale as a ghost; Probably from all the screaming.

"Mikey stop asking me questions I'd hate to see you cry." Mikey gulped then nodded.

"Do you guys want to come see?"

"You bet we do!" Ray cheered.

Gerard led the way back into the room where Dinah was whispering softly to the bundle in her arms.

"Guys meet Bandit." Gerard exclaimed.

"ITS A GIRL?!" Andy asked.

"Yep."

"Can I hold her?" Dorrit asked.

"Lets let Gerard hold her first!" Dinah replied smiling. "He hasn't held her yet." She handed Bandit over to Gerard's shaking hands but as soon as they made contact with the beautiful creature they became the steadiest hands in the world.

"Hello baby." He mumbled looking down at Bandit with love in his eyes that Mikey had only seen once on Gerard's wedding day. Mikey watched as Gerard put his index finger between her tiny ones and said.

"I love you."
