Hold Me Tight

"Are you nervous?" Mikey asked as him and his stood at the altar.

"Fucking shitting myself." Gerard mumbled, Mikey laughed then patted him on the back. "It'll be fine."

After what seemed like hours to Gerard the music finally began to play, they had opted for 'This is halloween' from 'The Nightmare Before Christmas' as their wedding song; Yes Dinah had lost the majority of her hair but no one could say that she had lost her sense of humour.

Gerard felt tremors all over his body as Dorrit came up the aisle closely followed by Dinah. Dorrit was wearing a black sort of tutu dress which contrasted greatly with her red hair. And Dinah was wearing a simple white lace dress. She thought her now frail frame would drown in a full on wedding dress. But Gerard didn't care he thought she looked just as beautiful as when he met her, her pixie hair cut sprinkled with flowers done kindly by Andy who was sat up front.

Dorrit took her place by Mikey and Dinah stood next to Gerard and whispered a hi before the ceremony begun.

"Cheese!" Dorrit squealed as she snapped the picture of the happy couple cutting the cake. She picked up two champagne glasses and handed one to Gerard and kept one for herself as she knew Dinah would be drinking for two.

"Time for our first dance!" Dinah called as 'Iris' began playing. Gerard pulled her closer to him and placed his hands on her waist. She put one hand on his shoulder and one on his cheek staring adoringly up at him.

"I love you." She mumbled, planting a butterfly kiss on cheek.

"I love you to." He mumbled back holding her protectively.

After the dance Dinah went off to chat to her relatives; No doubt about the baby. Gerard smiled until he noticed the hospital bracelet that still clung onto to Dinah's wrist.

He knew this would be one of Dinah's sick jokes with her dark humor and all but suddenly he was incapable of finding it funny.
