Hold Me Tight
Beauty That I'm Faking
Dinah ran up the steep steps to hers and Frank's apartment. She opened the door gently and slithered in silently she then walked delicately across the hall.
"Dinah." Frank said his voice ringing through the incoherent house, Dinah winced at his tone and turned around forcing a smile.
"Frank!" She exclaimed skipping over to him, she bent down to lay a kiss on his cheek but Frank stopped her holding her at arms length.
"Where have you been?!" He demanded.
"I was with a... friend-" Dinah began when Frank interrupted.
"Gerard? That fat bastard from the bar?"
"Frank!" Dinah gasped covering her mouth. "Don't be so rude!"
"Its true though." Frank insisted laughing maliciously. "I heard his ex-girlfriend left him, I'm not surprised."
"You're revolting." Spat Dinah.
"Really though what did she even see in him?"
"Well he kisses better then you." Dinah muttered under her breath but Frank heard loud and clear. Apruptly he stood up and threw their coffee table across the room which bounded off the wall and lay broken on the floor. Dinah backed away slightly from him but Frank just snarled and advanced to her.
"Frank get away from me." She screamed her voice cracking with fear.
"You need to learn." He growled only stalking closer to her.
"Frank don't do this! You love me don't you?" She cried. "DON'T YOU?"
"To love is to destroy." He stated bringing the back of his palm up to her cheek softly. Tears were now flooding her cheeks wetting his now clenching hand.
"Please." She whispered her voice and body convulsing with terror. He looked her straight in the eye and snarled.
"You can cry all you want to, I don't care how much you invest yourself in me." Then he brought his fist up and with one swift movement let it fly.
