Song of the Chapter: Don't Call Home -July Talk

It was hard no to sound like I was dying when I started cleaning my inner thighs with antiseptic. It stung like a bitch nd hurt the most out of all. My wrists had become numb to being cleaned, long ago. But my inner thighs were still pretty fresh meat.

"Hey Gerard?" I called.

"What's fresh Frankladesh? How may I be of assistance?" He responded, fairly cheery.

"If I go quiet for a minute or so, just stay calm. It's just that...it's hard to stifle the pain and the feelings that evoke from it. So just keep talking, but I may not respond. K?"

"All good..under the..hood." He sounded a bit distant and upset.

Now that I could probably focus, I was more concentrated. Though there was no way to lessen or stop the burn, it did help that I wasn't trying to hide it.

My thighs didn't take too long to clean and cover. But I would be lying if I said I didn't cringe at the sight of how many there were. I'd say at least 16 deep cuts, 10 shallow and 7 burn sites. And then there was the muscle soreness of my pelvis from the pulling and dislocating of my thighs themselves.

I cleaned up the first aid kit and washed out the red tainted marble sink. Gerard was just babbling about college kids that I would never meet. Although, I did care to hear how it was going for him. I mean I do still care and love him. He's someone important to me, that's why I don't like him.

Simple as that.
