Gerard's POV

I woke up to the wretched, summer sunrise piercing my clozed hazel eyes. I hate the day time with a passion, its too bright and there are no beautiful stars out. However, it did leave me contemplating the presence of the light considering I block out every potential light source in my dark bedroom. Slowly I realize I had fallen asleep on my living room balcony, and the files I was supposed to review! Fuck me sideways! I grab the manila envelope and head inside, I scan the pages as I make a devine and welcoming batch of coffee. Its another suspected Iero, Jesus fucking Christ, those Ieros are the biggest and most malicious SCARECROWS to exist in present day. They fucking killed my grandma, just to get to my own family's emotions, all to distract us from uncovering any information about them. These bastards play dirty. They just waltzed into her house and slit her throat. Damn, when I found out about her death I was crushed, I loved her so much. Her, Mikey and I would stargaze while using her telescope, then we would draw, even paint the different constellations, planets, and moons until dawn. One day, a week before her untimley death, she murmered to Mikey and I, that soon, she too will join our beloved stars. She assured us, when we needed guidance in our journey through life, just look to the stars, and she'll be there. "You're thinking about her again," a voice spoke softly over my shoulder. "Come on Gee, don't start your morning off so shitty, let's go watch some T.V or something."
"Okay, thanks Mikey," I smiled. Mikey was always so supportive, and I was so grateful. We watched mindless T.V for fifteen minutes until Pete finally emerged from his room.
"Hey losers Hey."
"Hey Pete" Mikey and I chirped simultaneously.
"What do you guys got there?" Pete was refering to the files spread out on the coffee table.
"Another suspected Iero, but Ray and Bob think he's the big boss' brother," I explained.
"Damn, we're finally getting on to something," Mikey mumbled. We fell into a comfortable silence and continued to watch T.V until we had to get ready for work.
