Frank runs Belleville's juvenile detention center. He's a smartass little punk- and yet he has everyone under his thumb. You don't mess with him if you want to live long enough to see freedom.

Gerard is shy, and a new arrival. He knows he doesn't belong in this world of hate and crime, but the judge saw otherwise. He just hopes his strategy for invisibility works in a prison as well as it does in a high school.
