Being Crazy Just Means You're Special
Three Years Later....
"Mama!" Helena cried laughing "He's trying to eat me!"
Helena was turning three today and Ray was the one who was the one holding her upside down,
"Ray put her down please" I laughed
"Aww.. I guess I'll have to wait for Helena roast" Ray joked
"Daddy!" she yelled
Ray laughed and left the room, probably to go wake up Frank. Helena walked over to me and sat on my lap, I stroked her hair and she giggled when I tickled her. Helena barely looked like Gerard, all she had of his was the hazel eyes, Helena made them look adorable especially when she smiled. Other then that she had my hair color and she was starting to take up finger painting, Helena skipped over to the stairs when Frank came down
"Hi grandpa!" she called
"Hi sweetie" He replied hugging her "How are you?"
"Good, guess what!"
"What?"
"I'm three today!"
"Oh could I forget, you told me only three billion times"
"You're silly"
"No you're silly"
Frank carried Helena into the other room and it sounded like they were making breakfast, I went back to reading my book when I heard something ding. I turned and saw I had a new email
"That's funny, I haven't made any new friends yet?" I thought quizzily
I clicked on the email and started to read
Dear Zee,
Hope you didn't forget us, Mikey and me. We don't know where you are but we want to wish the baby a happy birthday. Tell baby that daddy will find it's mommy and rip her heart out.
Hope you missed me,
Gerard
My jaw dropped,
"How did they find my email address?" I thought fearfully
I shook my head and turned the computer off and went into the other room where Helena, Ray, and Frank sat waiting for me.
"You ready?" Frank asked
"Yep" I replied
Ray turned and pulled a birthday cake out of the refrigarator and we started to sing to Helena
Happy Birthday to you,
Happy Birthday to you,
Happy Birthday dear Helena,
Happy Birthday to you!
The candles were blown out and Ray served everyone a piece of the vanilla cake
"Nothing could possibly be more perfect" I thought happily
Ray and Frank had jobs and I worked at home, Ray was a band teacher at the local middle school, Frank was an art appraiser, and I was a stay-at-home author. I got a lot more time with Helena, which meant she was going to be a well-raised child, even if she doesn't end up like me.
