With still a slightly numb feeling flowing through my veins, I made sure to be as silent as possible as not to anger whoever this is. I have probably been here for about only 15 minutes, but if feels like a solid hour at the least. The numbness has been substituted by fear, which all started with the questions whirling around in my mind. Honestly, I believe I have never been this terrified in my life before. The slight urge to get up and fight was taken away by not knowing the consequences or my surroundings and my tiresome was taken over my body anyway. Being scared to death and not know where you are feeling like you could pass out any second all adds up to bad news and maybe my death. As my thoughts were going mad I realized my breathing had gotten much raspier and that the steps I was hearing a while ago, seemed to be even closer than the couple feet away the figure was standing before. Earlier I felt body heat, now I felt a strange closeness as if the person was almost leaning over me. Forcing myself to breathe more controlled, (which I was struggling with) I almost forgot the fact there was someone else there, which I was supposed to be terrified of since I was kidnapped; until I felt a gentle touch on my cheek, I felt from the touch that my cheeks were clammy and realized I had been sweating a lot. The hand was soft, cold, and simply caressed my cheek and after a while of holding my breathe; I felt the hand stroke my cheek once more. Then a heavy sigh and I wondered who this was and why they had kidnapped me, since it was obvious this person wasn’t planning to hurt me.
