No Shows

Gerard's P.O.V

I woke up laid on the bed alone. I could hear voices above me. I looked up. Above me was two tiny faires. One all in blue and one all in green.
"But Serenity will be cross." The green one muttered.
"And?" The blue one snapped. "It's only a human. It doesn't matter."
"But I sense it has feelings for Serenity." Green muttered.
"Too bad." Blue growled. "If it marries Serenity, it will rule us. I'm not letting a human rule me."
"CARMELLA." The blue fairy snapped her head round to look at a very angry Serenity. The tiny fairies flew towards her as Serenity flapped her wings and rose up to join them.
"Are you seriously considering breaking the law?" Serenity snapped. "Please leave, Freya."
The yellow fairy bowed and flew out of the window.
"We can't be ruled by a human." Carmella said.
"Why?" Serenity queried. "What is your problem?"
Carmella gestured towards me. "That...monstrosity can not rule us. It is an abomination. A...a....freak..."
"I suggest you stop right there." Serenity warned. "What you are thinking of doing is punishable by death. High treason is against the law. You know that."
"I don't care." She turned and advanced towards me. Suddenly Serenity stood between us.
"You will not touch him." She snapped. "MALLET, BARTER."
Two giants walked in, bowing to enter. "Yes, your majesty?" The blond cyclops bellowed.
Serenity pointed to Carmella. "Arrest Carmella for high treason."
Carmella tried to fly out the window, but she was no match for Serenity's speed.
"Your powers are bound." Serenity said as she held her around her waist. "As is your powers of flight. You will not be put to death. You will instead be exiled to the Forest of Souls. If you ever return, you will be imprisoned for all eternity. Your powers will be given to someone worthy. Someone who will not abuse them." She passed the protesting being to the cyclops. "Escort her to the forest. Give her some food and water. A care package. Never let it be said that I am a unfair ruler."
The red headed giant smiled. "You?" He laughed. "Your the most fairest ruler ever. You could never be anything else."
Serenity smiled. "Thank you, Mallet." She said, sweetly. "I see you follow in your fathers footsteps. He was a kind man too."
Mallet and Barter left carrying the tiny Carmella. Serenity turned to me as I sat up. She lowered herself to the floor and joined me on the bed, smiling.
"Your awake." She stated.
I smiled back. "What happened to me?"
She blushed as she looked down at her hands and bit her lip. "I may have got a little carried away." She muttered.
I grabbed her hands and lifted her chin to look in her eyes. "It was amazing."
She leaned forward and kissed me. When she broke away, she was blushing again. "I...it's how we errr...s...show our true f...feelings." She admitted. "The more intense the f...feeling, the more we errr..l...love the person."
"I blacked out." I observed. "That sounds REALLY intense. Am I right? Do you really love me that much?"
She blushed again. "I...I...I."
My smile widened. "I love you, too." I told her before I sealed our lips together again.
