Chapter 11
We got back to our room and Party Poison says, "Okay, lets walk around, we could hot wire cars to help us. We need to find Wasted Noise."
"The people hot wirring cars will be me, Kobra, and Jet. Since we're the only ones who know how," I add, then ask Poison, "Should we split or stay together?"
"We should split, but how will we?"
"I'll take Thunder, Kobra, and Bandit. You take Jet, Punk, and Ghoul," I suggest.
Poison nods, "I'll have a walkie talkie, Kobra will too. Kobra and your crew will go downtown. I'll go uptown." Poison says.
I look at Thunder, then Poison, " Everyone take two guns and 4mags, two for each, incase. My people take a ray gun and an AK-47."
"We'll take the M-16's and ray guns," Poison points out. "So, let's go," he finishes.
When me and Thunder, Bandit, and Kobra walk out of the motel we turn right and Thunder grabs my hand. I look at him and smile and he smiles back. Then I look at Bandit and Kobra, who are talking about guns while looking around.
I look forward and see a blue convertible. I point it out to Thunder and we run up to it with Kobra and Bandit following. I look in the back window then the front one and gasp, "This car is freaking epic." I start jumping up and down clapping my hands. "Yaay!!! It's my car!! Imma hotwire it!!" I smile and try the door.
Locked.
Shit. I look at Kobra and he sighs and walks to me. I throw my hands towards him, "Nooo!!! I wanna do it!! Please! Its my dream car!"
"Fine, but do it quick," Kobra gives in. I walk up to the driver's window and bend my arm. I aim to make it easier and bash my elbow against the window, and it shatters. I giggle and say, "There we go."
I reach my arm in the window and press the button to unlock to car. I grin at Thunder, and then open the drivers door and sit in the seat. I close my eyes and then open them and smile. I get back out of the car, kneel down to get under the wheel and get to the wires.
"Kobra, do you have pliers? Haha," I ask Kobra.
"Are you fucking kidding me? Yeah, Rit, I carry around pliers all day in my pocket."
I look up at Kobra and he sighs and puts his hand in his pocket and pulls out pliers. "I know you well," I smile and take the pliers.
I use the pliers to cut two wires and give the pliers back to Kobra, "Thank you!"
"Yeah whatever," Kobra mumbles.
I have Thunder pull my back and hold it so it doesn't get in my face. Then I grab the wires that I cut and put them together and they spark.
So I do it again and again, and finally after the 4th try I get the car started. I jump up into Thunder's arms laughing. "I got it!!"
Stripped Bandit starts walking to the drivers door and I get out of Thunder's arms and look at Bandit. "You really think you're gonna drive my dream car? Nu uh. Hell no," I say, and he laughs,
"Yeah, I know." I sit in the drivers seat and shut the door and stick my head out the window, "Get in guys!" I yell out.
Thunder sits in the passengers seat, and Kobra and Bandit sit in the back. "Ready?" Bandit looks up at me,
"Go a little slow so we can try and look for her please, and please don't kill us either." I giggle and grin,
"I'll try not to kill you."
"Hey, guys where are you?" Poison says through the walkie talkie. Kobra looks around and says back,
"Bro, we're down 106th Street, what about you?"
"We're around 26th Street." Poison says back. A dog runs across the street so I slam on my breaks and spin the wheel, "HOLD ON!!" I yell. The dog goes faster and the car finally screeches stop.
"Holy shit Ritalin!" Bandit says. "You almost KILLED US!!"
Thunder turns around to see Bandit and says, "No she saved us and the dog who ran across the street!" I slowly press the gas pedal and we go down the street in silence.
After a while, the silence was bothering me. "Thunder, look in the glove department for a CD please."
Thunder looks in the glove department and I try to concentrate on the road but I keep watching Thunder. I'm damn impatient right now. "Heeeey! We got My Chemical Romance's Danger Days, eh, Kobra?"
Kobra responds with, "Just shut up and put it in the CD player."
Thunder does that and I put it on NaNaNa and turn it up max. I roll my window down next and let the wind breeze through my hair. I keep driving straight and then slightly turn down 110th Street.
Thunder puts his hand on the back of my neck, caressing it and I smile and look at him and then back at the road. Out of the corner of my eye I see Bandits head pop through the opening of Thunder's arm. "Hey, we should get some fast food," he suggests very quickly.
"Fine," I agree.
I drive past a Dunkin' Doughnuts and stop at McDonald's. when I pull up I say to the drive through person, "Can we have 4 cheeseburgers, uh, hang on," I turn to Kobra and Bandit and ask them what they want to drink.
Bandit looks at me, then rolls his window down and says, "We'll have a medium iced caramel coffee with extra sugar."
Kobra puts a hand over his face and mumbles, "Like he needs extra sugar."
Me and Thunder laugh and Kobra puts his hand down, "I'll have a Mountain Dew." I nod and then look at Thunder.
"Coke please, sweetie." I nod again and turn back to the drive through person and say, "And we'll add 2 medium Mountain Dew's, and a medium Coca – Cola, please."
"Is thatall?" the guy asks me.
"Yes, thank you," I answer and they say back, "Your total comes up to $10.57" I drove up to the first window and paid the cashier. Then drove up to the second window to get our food.
I parked in a parking spot to eat, and I devoured the fucking cheeseburger. I haven't eaten ever since that bite of apple, which was a long time ago. After I ate my cheeseburger I put the car in reverse, then drive and started driving out of McDonalds.
After a while, the coffee started getting to Bandit. "Where are we? When are we gonna find Wasted Noise? What are we doing again? Wait, where are we? Turn the music up!!! Bam! What just happened? Where THE HELL IS WASTED NOISE?!" he's also bouncing up and down looking EVERYWHERE.
Jesus he is never having sugar again.
"BANDIT!!!!!!" I yell and he stops doing everything. He stops bouncing, looking everywhere, and talking.
"Yes?" he says. I cant help but laugh and then I look at Kobra who is pulling at his hair trying not knock Bandit out.
"What the fuck dude?!" Kobra yells.
"Bandit, lets play the quiet game." I say. "Oooo I love games!" he replies, and I mumble, "Jesus Christ, of course you do." Thunder looks at me and then Bandit and says, "Starting now."
We rode for 15 minutes riding around until a car crashes to my side of the car, so me and Bandit are hit the most. I swerve the wheel and yell out, "BUCKLE UP! AND HOLD ON!!" I hear their buckles click tight and keep swerving, trying not to flip the car, but epicly fail.
"Son of a bitch!" Thunder yells out, and Kobra yells back, "What the fuck!?"
The car flips twice, then lands upside down, and we all lay there for a minute or two and Bandit says, "So did I win the quiet game?" we all moan out and I say, "YES! You won the fucking quiet game, Bandit."
"Yay!" he exclaims, and I moan again, and then start to crawl out of the car.
While crawling I ask, "Is everyone okay?"
"Yes," they all say at the same time.
Kobra takes out the walkie talkie and says, "Poison come to us we're at 204th Street. Quick. We just got a crash." I help Thunder out and then Kobra crawls out on his own.
"Bandit?" I say.
"Yeah?" I jump because he scared me and then I looked for the car that hit us. I see a van down an alley and see Wasted Noise jump out, and I yell to her. Then she starts running.
