Winter
Last night seemed like a dream. No, not a dream, a nightmare. I told myself I never wanted to see him again and if I left the house I'd see him. Emily told me I'd be fine and I wouldn't see him. Yet, she took me to his concert. Then it clicked. I threw my blanket off of me and stormed down the hallway to Emily's room. I pounded on the door, not caring how early it is. "Emily!" I yelled banging my fists on the door. She opened the door with massive bedhead. "What Winter?" She asked sleepily. "You knew. You knew he was going to be there!" I yelled. Her eyes widened. "What are you yelling at me for?" She asked, acting confused. I stompped my foot. "He was there." I said through gritted teeth. She raised an eyebrow. "Who? And where?" I felt anger boil up inside of me. "Frank! He was at the concert!" I screamed. Her eyes widened. "He was?" I nodded. "It was his concert! You knew he was going to be there!" She stood there, now fully awake, confused as ever. "What?" She asked again. "Frank is in the band Emily." I say. Either she's playing dumb, or she really is just clueless. "Wait, wait, wait. What's his last name?" She asked. "Iero." I respond. Different emotions flash across her face. "You dated Frank Iero?" I nod. "Yeah. That guy that I dated five years ago, the one that cheated on me, the reason I refused to leave the house and is depressed? Yeah, him." She stood there, looking like she was going to explode. "Oh my god! I can't believe you dated the Frank Iero!" She screamed, fangirling and jumping up and down. "Do you have his number?! Did you talk to him?! Oh my god!" I sighed and looked down to the floor. "Emily, this isn't a good thing. Yes, I did see him. Actually, he gave me his sweater and walked me home." I say, annoyed that she's happy about this. Her eyes bulged out of her head. "Do you still have it?" She asked. I nodded. I walked back into the lounge and grabbed it off the floor and walked back to Emily, giving it to her. She hugged it and held it up to her face, looking at me with wide eyes. "Is this real life?" I nodded. "Yeah. Pretty sure. Want me to pinch you to make sure?" She laughed and buried her face into the sweater. I walked back into the lounge, seeing the note on the floor. I picked it up and looked at it, feeling my eyes well up with tears. I quickly blinked them away and put it back on the table. I wish yesterday never happened...
I've been laying in my room, not knowing what to do with myself for the past two hours. Emily has also been playing music very loudly for those two hours. I don't know anything she's played, but I do like it. I decided to get up. I knock on Emily's door, and she flings it open a few seconds later. I see she's wearing his sweater and sigh. "Yes?" She asks. "I wanna do something." I say. She looks slightly taken back. "Um, sure!" She mumbles under her breath. "Seems like yesterday went well..." I sighed and went back to my room, picking out my outfit for the day, ripped black skinny jeans, a skeleton shirt, my grey beanie, and combat boots. I hopped into the shower, washing my hair and body, then getting out, wrapping myself in a towel. I go back into my room and get dressed and put my clothes on, and go to do my hair.

Once I'm fully ready, I go to Emily's door and knock. It takes her a while but she opens the door in nothing but a towel. "I came to see if you were ready or not but nevermind!" I say turning around and walking to the lounge. She laughs and closes her door again. I know she's going to take a while, so I grab my favorite book and sit on the sofa, waiting for Emily to be ready.

"Boo!" I jump and my book flies out of my hands, landing on the floor, making me lose my page. "Em!" I whine and pick it back up. She laughs. "You made me lose my page." I say with a pout. "Well I'm ready now anyways!" She says motioning to her outfit. I put the book back and walk to the front door, thinking about where I want to go. "Hey Em, got any idea of where to go?" I ask her, walking into the hall and locking the door. She turns to me with a smile. "Starbucks." She states. I smile, thinking to myself. "Coffee would be nice." I say to myself. We go to the lift, ready to start the short journey to Starbucks.

I open the glass door to Starbucks and the smell of coffee hits me square in the face. I breathe in deeply, think about the many possibilities of what kind of drink I could get. Emily bounds up to the counter, almost falling over her feet. I laugh to myself and shake my head. She can be such a child sometimes. She orders and runs back over to me, sliding in her feet. "Maybe coffee isn't the best decision for you?" I say. She laughs. "Oh whatever. " She pulls me over to an empty table and then quickly runs to get her drink. "By the way, I ordered for you." She says setting down a cup in front of me. I look at it questionably, trying to find out what it is. "Just try it. You'll love it." She says taking a sip of hers. I pick it up, taking a small drink. It burns my tongue, since it was just made and had no time to cool down. It actually tasted pretty good, except for the burning part. The bell anove the door
