The Suicide Room

Chapter Two

*Frank's POV*

I was led down many hallways, each long hallway with doors so close together, you'd think that each room was a 3*3 square. Either way, I just kept walking down the halls with the creepily silent guard.
I could have sworn we were walking down all these halls with doors for an hour at least, until we reached the end of a hallway, which I didn't even know existed here. The guard knocked on the door, and and inside guard opened it within seconds, as if he was waiting for me. Both guards stepped out of the way, and I took that as my hint to go inside.
It didn't even look like I was stepping into a room. I looked up and all I could see was sky. there seemed to be streets inside this 'room', and even houses. I wondered how many people were living here, but that was only a quick thought as I took to looking around from the doorway even more. To my right there was a playground, but surprisingly there was no wall where there should be. In fact, there was no wall anywhere. The only evidence of the building I just stepped out of was the door standing attached to nothing, and the guard sitting in the chair next to it.
The guard that had brought me here took a seat in the inside guard's chair, and the other guard motioned for me to follow him, and took off walking. There were millions of questions rushing through my head, but I managed to keep them all inside as the guard led me towards the houses.
I noticed each of the houses looked personalized towards the front rows, but one thing stayed the same. Above the front door of each house was a name, and I figured that was the name of whoever lived there. The further we got from that strange door and the disappearing wall the more each of the houses started to look the same.
"What's up with the houses?" I asked the guard, completely forgetting that I was probably supposed to be quiet.
I didn't get much of a response, just a small, whispered "Be quiet." from the guard standing before me. If anything this surprised me more, and made everything more confusing, but I did as told until we reached the most basic house at the very end of the street, with a simple neon sign above the door that said 'Frank'.
"This is your house." The guard stated simply, "You will be able to personalize it later. You will live here until you've accomplished your goal in this suicide room. You will not be told your goal, you just have to figure it out. Someone else will come to you later to instruct you more on everything that will happen, but for now, you shall stay inside your house and wait for that person. Any questions?"
"Yes, actually. How will I know my quest if I am not going to be told it?" I asked, still confused about everything.
"You should take time to reflect upon your past life, find what you want to change, what would make your life better, and do that here. Only then will you pass the suicide room, and go on to the next stage of redemption of life. Anything else?"
"Why was I supposed to be quiet earlier?"
The guard froze up when I asked that. He nervously glanced back and forth before leaning forward to whisper in my ear.
"I'm supposed to be professional. That guard out front is one of the judge's guards. I could be brought back if I was to slip up, as my goal is to protect people and help them, which I have figured out. Trust me, once he leaves, everyone says I'm probably the best guard you could have." And with that he straightened up, "Anything else?"
"Well, yes, but I need some time to sit with them first." I stated simply.
"Okay, there will be someone coming by later to help you get started, but any time before and after that, everyone in this suicide room, including myself will be here to answer your questions. Good day." And with that, he spun on his heel, and walked back to the invisible wall.

Notes

Chapter two. I decided to just keep working while I was on a roll. So here it is. This is what I'm doing to keep myself busy while my grandma is downstairs... Yep, great birthday for me, writing fanfiction while listening to music as an excuse to not talk to my grandmother since she has Alzheimers and doesn't even remember it's my birthday. Both sarcastic and true at the same time.

That okay. Yeah I know its not going to be easy but believe me you'll get there. And just think, after 3 weeks you'll be able to see her again.

God, parents are fucking stupid sometimes. Just ignore them, they never seem to understand. Just try to keep your head up and focus on being healthy and living your life. I'm not sure how bad you're binges are but I could always give you some tips as to stopping them if they're what's making revovery difficult. Try not to use your parents as fuel to fast though, they're not worth it. Message me if you want to talk, stay safe and remember you're beautiful and one day your life will be so much more than this. <3
thanks for the update though, it's so good!!

And sorry about that last one I just kinda started talking and it all came out...

@Think Sassy Thoughts
Thanks, it's just... I don't know, doing that's a lot more difficult than it sounds. Plus, I don't know if you remember her, but the girl I talked about in section 8, who has basically become my source of happiness, has gone on a two to three week trip in four different states, and not even neighboring states to where I live. Basically she's gone, and I'm broken, and I can't actually see her for three weeks... :'(
