Summary
Scarlett "Flame" Anderson has always been the friend who falls too hard and gets crushed. As a result of all the past failed relationships, she's learned to close her heart off to prevent further heartache. To help cope with her lack of love, Scarlett constantly throws herself into her work or attends events with friends. One night, while Scarlett is with her two best friends, she is introduced to Gerard Way after one of his concerts. Both she and Gerard strike up an immediate friendship that ultimately has her answering one question; Should she risk opening her heart up one last time?
