“You’re gay, right?” Gerard asks me quietly.
“Uh… Yeah.” I answer completely confused.
“Good.” And with that, Gerard surges forward and smashes his lips to mine.

*Frank’s POV*

The coffee is by now completely forgotten and my full attention is on Gerard. He starts to move, not only his lips, but his body, so that I am eventually being pushed up against the countertop so hard it hurts.
But do I care?
No.
Gerard pulls away slightly, only resting his forehead on mine before taking a step backwards and towards the coffee again, mumbling a quiet ‘sorry’, before turning around and leaving the room completely.
I stand there, shocked, with my hands on the counter behind me, until I eventually come back to my senses and start to run after Gerard.
I finally get to him and he looks at me with a strange look and he says “Hey man I’m sorry about that… I don’t know why really I just had to.”
“Gee.” I said looking at him after a small pause.
“Yeah.”
“Let’s do that again.”




A little while later, Gerard decides to leave and I actually know how to make coffee by myself now. No, we didn’t have sex, although I kinda wish we did.
Either way, we both ate and had coffee and now it’s getting late again so I’m going to head back to bed.
I walk back over to the bed to lay down, and I’m finally comfortable after a couple of minutes when Burt storms in looking quite distraught.
“Frank! Where were you?” He started. “I mean, first, I come home to you and Gerard only having to wonder how many surfaces are touchable now, and then then I try to get up to ask you about something that I’d had planned only to find you gone. I looked at the music store and shit, but I couldn’t find you, and now here you are, when it’s time to sleep, in one of my beds.”
I, by this point, am stunned by how Bert is reacting, and I decide to brush it off as him just being moody and either very hungover or still slightly drunk, and so I sit and tell Burt the whole story about what I did and where I was and stuff, and even ending with a small “And then we kissed, and he said he was sorry, but I wasn’t, so I kissed him again.”
Either way, the whole time I was wondering what was going on with Burt and what this ‘news’ was that he’d wanted to tell me a couple of hours ago. Eventually I brought up the courage to ask him what he’d wanted to tell me, and he started to look a little sad.
“Okay look man.” He started, so I immediately got scared. No good news starts this way. “Well, I uh, was at a bar the other day, and uh, I got drunk at this, bar, and I may or may not have uh… gottenawomanpregnant.”
“May have what Burt?”
“Uh… gottenawomanpregnant?”
“Again.”
“I got a girl pregnant for gods sake there!”
“Okay, continue.”
“Well, this is cause I’m like bi, so I’d gone to a straight bar this time, and I now have a child, and this girl wants me to be in the child’s life even though we both were completely wasted when it happened, and yeah, she wants to get to know me better and stuff.”
“So why is that bad. Burt you’re a dad!”
“I know, but uh, so get to know me, she wants to go on a trip with me, and that means you’d have no place to stay since I’ll be gone, but with like insurance and everything, it would just be better is you didn’t live here just while I was gone.”
“Oh…” I said, suddenly feeling extremely down now too about the whole situation and everything going on. “Can I borrow a phone?” I asked. In reply Burt just nodded and handed me his.
Thankfully Gerard’s number was there and so I hit call right away, and only later realized I had no idea what I would say to him. But it was too late, because Gee had already picked up the phone.

I didn't really feel like writing a kissing scene or two, so I just skipped them, I'm sorry.
