They're Gonna Give You a Smirk
Chapter One
Gerard looked down at the ounce of meth in his hands. The plastic bag filled with ¨white snow¨ was now his best friend until he gave it to the buyer. So he waited. He stood by the alley, smoking a cigarette in the darkness. The streets were hardly filled with people, but cops were everywhere. The police would hide in the darkness, stalking its prey from a far distance. Gerard knew better, although. He was considered the best middle man in town. Everyone knew. And by everyone, I mean everyone. The police could never arrest Gerard, because they could never get evidence for his arrest.
Gerard threw down his cigarette onto the ground and clenched onto the drug from inside his jacket pocket. He could see a very suspicious man in a vehicle down the street. The man in the car made it obvious he was cop, by the way he would take glances at Gerard.
Gerard smirked and waved at the cop who shot a harsh glare in return. The ¨undercover¨ cop was one of the many who wanted to be the one to arrest Gerard. If any cop did arrest Gerard with proper evidence, they would get instant respect from the station...and every cop wants respect.
Gerard knew it was time. He walked into the alley, out of sight. The cops who were stalking Gerard rushed into the alley-most tripped over boxes, cans, or other junk.
One of the cops was spitting a harsh tone, ¨You have flash lights, you idiots! Catch him with drug!¨
The five cops hurried with flash lights out, and guns pointed ahead-but they couldn't find him.
Gerard was up ahead, realising that he couldn't outrun them all. He ran to the empty building where he was suppose to make the drop. He can see the big car, but it sped off. In disbelief, Gerard had no choice but to abandon the drug into the lake.
Cops surrounded him after his action and shouted at him to get down on his knees. He did, but he knew even if he would be released because there was no evidence but accusations, he would have to face against the dealer for getting rid of the expensive drug.
this is really good! It's fantastic actually! c:
