Party Poison

Gerard's P.O.V

All through art class, I can see a really cute black haired kid watching me. I'd not seen him before so I know he's new. I didn't pay attention through register. Too tired. So I didn't catch his name. He kept looking at me. I sighed as I tried to concentrate on my drawing. I'd decided to go for Ray's idea. The picture was of me in mid change to a werewolf. My black jeans and converse splitting from the strain. My claws ripping my black misfits t-shirt. My face contorted as it's stretching out. I'm quite pleased with it. I look up at the clock. Still twenty minutes till lunch. Art took up the entire morning because it's one of my majors. I rest my arms on the table, resting my head on them. My eyes closed.
"He's so fucking hot." A girl whispers. "Poor thing. What with all he does, it's no wonder he's tired."
I open my eyes as I feel someone stop by my table. Mr Carter frowns down at me with concern. I sit up. "Are you sure your okay, Gerard?"
I nod. "I'm fine." I answer. "I'm just tired. Mikey was having nightmares and mum had a bad night. I only slept about an hour."
"Go to the office and get a permission slip to go home."
I shake my head. "I'm fine. I'll just sit under the oak tree at lunch and catch a few minutes. Ray'll wake me."
Mr Carter sighs. "Your a stubborn boy. You'll make a great leader some day." He says then walks back to his desk. I frown. That was a odd thing to say. I shrug it off and start another drawing. Trying to ignore the girls whispering about me. I can still feel the new kids eyes on me. I look at the clock again. Ten minutes. I draw a unicorn this time. It's for Mikey. He loves em. I give it wings and draw Mikey riding it amongst the clouds. The bell goes just as I finish it. Lunch time.
