It's a Medical Emergency
Gerard gave Frank a very long, tight hug right after the last hour of the day, then a deep kiss.
"I've got something that I've gotta go do, okay Baby? I'll see you back home, alright?" And then he rushed off to the locker to grab his stuff and go. He was going so fast that he didn't even realize that Frankie's stuff was already cleared from the locker.
He exited the building, setting his stuff down by the door, Gee took a deep breath before walking slowly around a couple of the corners of the school building. He was almost half of the way around their large school when he heard the slight sound of a blade flipping open, and Frank saying something muffled, and Gerard couldn't make out the words, but it was Frank. It was definitely Frank.

He started running to get to where Frankie was, worried that he wasn't okay, that something was happening. Gerard got to the back, he saw Frankie and Johnathan. Johnathan was pretty beat up, but there was already a bruise on Frank's left cheek, and his knuckles where torn and bleeding.
Gee sprinted to where Johnathan was making more advances on Frank.
"Frankie, what the fuck do you think you're doing! I can't believe you, why would you come here?"
"I said to come alone," growled Johnathan, and as if on cue, two other male students, Tom and Benjamin, both large and muscular, came walking out from the shadows of some nearby trees. Johnathan smiled, his lips cracking open in places they shouldn't and blood showing on his teeth.
Gerard and Frankie took position, ready to try to defend themselves. Johnathan and the bigger of the two seconds, Benjamin, came and went for Gee, the last of the three to Frankie. Tom immediately hit Frankie in the jaw, the pain lingering on Frank's face for almost too long, but he recovered in time to block a second hit and land one on Tom's stomach.
Behind Frankie there was a sickening thud, and he spun around just in time to see Gerard's head hit the pavement hard and fast; another thud. And Frank saw red. He spun and kicked Tom hard, sending him backwards, and then ran so menacingly at Johnathan and the other bastard that they scattered apart and ran backwards. He skidded to a stop by Gee, falling to his knees.
Gee's head was bleeding bad, and he was unconscious, breathing shallowly.
"Assholes!" Frankie screamed in frustration, taking out his phone and dialing 911. Benjamin kicked Frank's hand, sending the phone a few feet away from him and achieving a crunching sound from his hand.
Frank ran to his mobile, picking it up and hurrying back try and protect Gee, but he wasn't fast enough to stop Johnathan from kicking Gerard's body hard in the side of his ribs. More bones cracking. Frank kicked Johnathan hard in the shin, earning a pain-stricken sound from Johnathan. He swung hard and hit Frank right above his ear, sending him to the ground.
"That's what you get, Faggot!"
Frank spoke frantically into the phone and then cried over Gerard's body trying the best that he could to stop the blood flowing steadily from Gee's head wound and completely ignoring his own until the ambulance came.
And once Gee was safe and handled by the paramedic's, everything in Frank's vision slowly faded away.
