I leaned down to kiss Bree awake. I hoped that she had forgiven me. And she did, for a second, when she kissed back. But in another second, she had pushed me away, and gone to peck Mikey on the cheek, then jumping on his lap and snuggling into him, and the littler fucker decided to put his arm around her. I growled. I didn't mean to. For a split second, I chanelled into Bridgets mind.
As much as I wanted to see his face, i was afraid of him, of who he become. I haven't seen him for a year. He's changed. Besides, he left me. Mikey promised to always stay by my side. He's so warm.
I didn't want to listen anymore. She was falling in love with the casters boy, and i was going to stop it. She was mine. But I looked over at Gee. I did love him, once upon a time. I still had feelings for him, yea. But he wouldn't return the favor after what i did to him. Maybe he would. I decided to risk it, and I laced his hand through mine... Hey, Bree didn't love me, did she? Gee responced with a quick peck to my head. I smiled. How much I missed this. Maybe everything would be okay.
