Making It Up

Gerard Way had never been a popular guy. He wasn’t particularly disliked or anything – he may as well have been invisible. It was in this state of not being noticed that he existed until about half way through middle school, when a certain black haired punk walked into his life and ruined everything.

Frank Iero and his gang treated Gerard like shit. Whenever Frank saw him in the corridor he would yell “fag”, “freak” and a whole host of other biting names his way in front of anyone and everyone. This alone was enough to lead to some tear stained pillows and sleepless nights. But when the abuse started getting physical… it was too much to bear.

And so it was that Gerard Way was found on the bathroom floor at Belleville high school, three days before graduation, with his arms lacerated and “no more” written in blood above him on the tiles.

He would have stayed that way too if some black haired kid hadn’t walked in as he was choking out his last breaths…

Hey there! Co writer here. You can call me Ren. I'll be writing Gerard's POV and a couple of other bits with my partner in crime ;) We hope you liked this teaser chapter! Stick around for the rest of the story, it'll be worth it.

and Hello! its ally here, the other Co author :) i'll be doing Frank's POV and we might introduce a few other bands in to the mix, so watch this space for that :D we'll try and update a frequently as we can, but Ren seem's to be much more proactive than me in the writing area, but hope you like it! (this was ren's wonderful teaser of course)
