Gerard's P.O.V Time Lapse>>>>>>>>>> Next Day. Filmore Jewelry shop, Comfort. 11:08am. I decided to borrow the bus to take a trip into town while Kat slept on the couch. The others were looking out for her. She'd slept well after the nightmare. Being around the others had helped. I decided to go into town to pick up the ring and to dye my hair. I'm going blond. The bastard that raped Kat had red hair. Close to my colour that I have at the moment. So I'm changing it. I look at the ring choices. Kat doesn't like to wear expensive things. Incase she loses them. So naturally I intend keeping the price down. Not too far though. I want something that reflects Kat's beauty. Obviously not exactly seem as in my eyes, that's not possible. But it has to be the most beautiful ring they have. I finally find a beautiful silver ring with a heart shaped diamond. It only cost $11,800. That's not too much is it? I make my purchase and head for the hairdressers, pocketing the small black velvet ring box. Believe it or not, I was recognised. In such a small town? I was shocked. It seems the whole population of 200 residents were mcr fans. They all even followed us after the split too. So while my hair's beening sorted, I sign autographs and get pictures taken. So much for getting a break. Kat's P.O.V I wake up on the couch alone. I head to the kitchen to find Frank and Jamia leaned against the sink, kissing. I smile but back out before they see me. I check out back by the jacuzzi and pool. Ray, Christa, Mikey, Alicia and Jessie are in the Jacuzzi. Bob and Caitlin are in the pool. But no Gerard. Where is he? "Hey guy's." I call as I sit on one of the sun loungers. "Where's Gerard?" Ray waved his hand in the air. "In town." He answered. "Said he had to do something. Didn't say what though. He said he'd be back in about two hours. So he's due back anytime now." "Okay." I smile at him. "How did you sleep?" Mikey asked. "Better than I have in a while. Thanks." He smiles then pulls Alicia into a hug. Gerard's P.O.V Turning the engine off and grabbing my bag of purchases, I exit the bus and head inside. Kat's not on the couch so I head upstairs to hide the ring. I bury it deep in my case. Now to check out my purchases. I open a square red jewellery box. Inside sits a thin gold chain necklace with a small heart locket. On the front is the word 'Love'. Inside is a small picture of Kat and one of me. On the back is 'Gxoxo'. It cost more than the ring. But she's worth it. I close the box and put it back in the bag. Then I take my other purchase out. It's a black cat onesie complete with tail, ears and paws. I even bought black eye liner to draw whiskers on her. Then there was a black collar with silver studs and a bell with id tag. The tag read 'Kitty Kat on one side and my address and mobile number on the reverse. Before you get the wrong idea. This is not a sexual thing. That would be wrong in the circumstances. This was a little laugh. I just want to make her smile again. I mean the kind of smile she used to give me before all this. The kind that lights up your eyes too. Showing no reservations. Just complete happiness. And I will do whatever I can to see that smile on Kat's face again.
