Venus P.O.V

Time Lapse>>>>>>>>>>

Next day.

It was a typical day at work. I changed out back, sang evanescence songs, changed back then headed home. I walked out front of 'Gold' and turned towards home. I knew I was being followed almost immediately. So I tried to speed up slightly. The footsteps sped up too. I started to run. But I got caught. I was hit over the head. Everything went black.

Gerard's P.O.V

I looked up at the clock for the tenth time. It's been an hour since Venus was due home. I'm getting really worried now. My phone rings and I pick it up. Frank.

Me: "Hey, Frank."
Frank: "Venus is in hospital."
I sit up shaking. Venus is in hospital? Why?
Frank: "I was driving to the shop for milk when I saw a figure at the side of the road. Three other figure's running away. I stopped the car and went to see if I could help. She's been attacked. "
Me: "Oh god. I'm on my way."

I hung up the phone and headed for the door.

Ten minutes later.

I entered the hospital and headed straight for the reception desk. Before I had time to open my mouth, Frank grabbed my arm and led me to a hospital room. He stopped outside.
"She's in there." He gestured to the door. "She's not looking too good."
I nod then head in the door. As I approach I freeze. Frank wasn't kidding. Her right eye was swollen and a deep purple colour. She had a cut down her right cheek and a cut on her bottom lip to the right. She had deep purple spread across her neck. Her right arm was in a sling. I could see cuts littering both hands. I walked around the bed to her left and took her hand in mine. She was asleep.
"Oh, baby." I whispered shakily. "What did they do to you?"
The door opened and Frank, Ray, Mikey, Bob, Alicia, Caitlyn, Christa and Jamia walked in.
I looked at Frank. "Did they catch them?"
Frank shook his head. "Sorry, no." He whispered. "And to put your mind at rest, it was JUST a beating. NO rape."
I sighed and turned back to look at Venus. Mikey put his hand on my shoulder.
"We're all here if you need us."
I looked at Frank. "Thanks for bringing her here." I look at Mikey. "Thank you, bruv." I turned to Ray. "Could you arrange a press interview?"
Ray frowned. "Press interview? Why?"
"Because I want them found."

Time Lapse>>>>>>>>>>

One hour later.

We were sitting in a doctors office for the interview. The tall blond reporter introduced a live interview.
"Earlier tonight English girl, Venus Gardener was brutally attacked and left for dead. Ex My Chemical Romance guitarist, Frank Iero, discovered Venus whilst out driving. Venus is due to marry ex My Chemical Romance frontman, Gerard Way. Gerard would like to talk."
The camera switched to me. "For those that don't know me, I am Gerard Way. Tonight my fiance was brutally attacked. She has a broken arm, split lip, a cut down her cheek and her eye has swollen shut. Those amongst other injuries. Venus has never done any harm to anyone and doesn't deserve this. Please, if you have any information that can help, no matter how little or insignificant you think it may be. Please contact your local police station. Please help us find the people that did this. Thank you."
