Blood and Love
Prologue
My name is Nikki Jacklynn Lee. I am 23, short, and Amy Lee's little sister. My sister is a vampire, though. She was changed when I was seventeen, about six years ago. I was supposed to be a vampire, but the vampire who attacked us failed to finish before someone came to save us. He left me and I almost bled to death. But the mysterious stranger saved me, and I was saved before I died. Ever since then, though, I've been quiet. My sister is bothered my my lack of words. But she doesn't really mind. I don't usually say more than three or four words at a time. You're lucky to get a sentence out of me. I hate talking, and I prefer the silence of it. Amy always tries to get me to be more social, so she volunteers me to be some random vampire's meals. I don't really appreciate it, but I know Amy wants me to be happier.
I have a few friends that I talk to. My friend Stella from highschool, and her twin sister. They talk to me every day, and we know whats going on in each other's lives. Except they don't. They have no idea my sister's a vampire, or that I let vampires drink my blood. They think my life is fairly normal for a girl like me. but it's not, and it will never be
