Gerard's P.O.V Five minutes earlier. I am such a lightweight. I gave in. Dee was still out running. And where am I? At home, just about to answer the door. As soon as I swing open the door, a bubbly blond girl throws herself into my arms and started to kiss me. I put my arms around her to steady myself. Before I could push her away, I heard a sound. The blond pulled away, smiling. I looked towards the sound and froze. Dee was staring at me. Hurt plastered on her face. The blond smiled at her. Dee turned on her heel and ran. "Dee." I shouted attempting to run after her. The blond grabbed my arm. "Doesn't matter about her." She said, smiling at me. "You have me." I turned to her angrily. "Who the fuck are you?" I snapped. "Did you escape a mental institution or something? That was my wife and the mother of my kids. She is the only woman I am ever going to spend the rest of my life with. So back the fuck off." Dee's P.O.V What the fuck do I do now? I thought as I sat in Pumpkin Pie, sipping on a warm mug of tea. Gerard wouldn't cheat on me. Would he? No he wouldn't. How could I even think that? But what about the blond? I frown. A friend? No. A friend wouldn't have done that. Knowing he's married. I put my head in my hands. Only thing I can come up is it was a fan. Way to go Dee. You should have given him the chance to explain. Man I am so stupid. I feel someone sit next to me. But I don't look up. "Please just leave me alone." I say quietly. "I don't need cheering up." "I'm sorry, baby." Gerard says. I look up at him and throw my arms around his neck. "I'm sorry, Gee." I say as he pulls me closer to him. "I know it was just a fan. You would never cheat on me." I look into his eyes. "It's just never happened before. No fan has ever gone to the house. I guess I just saw red." He smiles down at me as he cups my face in one hand. "It's okay, sweetheart." He says, then drops a quick kiss on my nose. "It won't happen again. I'll make sure of that. I'm doing a press release. Stating that any fan making unwanted passes on our property will be escorted away by the police." "You don't have to do that." I say, shaking my head. He smiles at me. "I do. My fan's should not be coming between us. They should automatically know that. But I guess some just don't give a shit. So I'll have to make it clear." Gerard's P.O.V Time Lapse>>>>>>>>>> One week later. "Damn it." Dee snapped from downstairs. I rushed to the top of the stairs and looked down with a smile. Dee was sat on the floor rubbing her foot. The triplets were sat in front of her, laughing. Dee grinned back at them. "That's funny?" She asked. "You won't be laughing after we leave Daddy."
I stopped breathing. Dee's leaving me? Why? What did I do?
"Bl...silly Chris wants mummy and you lot in the horrible UK for the silly competition."
I sigh in relief. Photo shoots in the UK. I can handle that. As long as she's not leaving me.
"We can visit uncle Phil and Auntie Debbie." She said as Jet crawled into her arms. The boys got jealous and Dee sat hugging them all at once. "A week away from Daddy." She sighed. "Not sure mummy can cope without daddy for that long." She kissed each child on their heads as they fell asleep on her. "Silly mummy's really going to miss daddy." She leaned against the wall and closed her eyes. "Mummy really loves daddy. More than he'll ever know." She said sleepily.
I smiled. Oh I know, baby. Because I feel the same about you. I walk down the hall to Mikey's room. He used it to get a bit of sleep when he'd been babysitting. Time to get my beautiful family tucked up in bed. Cue Mikey.
