Gerard's P.O.V
I reached across to wrap my arm round Dee. But all I find is...paper? My eyes flick open and I sit up grabbing the piece of paper. I rub my eyes then look down at the words.

Hey sexy,
Sorry I'm not there to see you wake up. Had to go to the club.
Decorating for Halloween. Thanks for the meal last night. But
next time don't let Frank cook. Burnt food doesn't taste good.
Do me a favor, babe. Ask the guys to put on their 'Black Parade'
outfits. You too. I will explain when you meet me at the club at six.
Oh and I forgot to tell you because of everything that's happened,
It's my birthday today. Yes I share a birthday with little Frank.
Aren't I blessed? I love you, handsome,

Dee + The Bump. XXX
I smiled. She was right about the food. A burnt bolognese tastes horrible. Frank nearly burnt the kitchen down. I wish I'd known about her birthday though. How come the Stones never said anything? They had to know, didn't they. Even if they didn't, Ed would have known. Why didn't he tell us? I shrug it off and grab the phone. I put it on group call then press it on loud speaker. I get dressed as it rings.
Bob: "Hey, Gee. What's up?"
Mikey: "Hey guys."
Ray: "Hello?"
Frank: "Happy Halloween."
I laugh. Every Halloween is the same. It's Franks favorite time of year. His birthday being on the same day was a bonus to him. I greet them then read them the note.
Frank: "Hey. I'm not that bad a cook and I'm not that little either."
Of course we all laugh.
Bob: "Her birthday eh? So what's the plan?"
Me: "I'm heading to the jewellery shop. I'm gonna get her that necklace I saw the other day." Mikey:"The one with the small heart, silver with a little pattern and the word love engraved on it?" Me:"Yep."
Ray:"Sound's perfect. But wouldn't you rather buy her a ring and propose to her?"
Me:"I'm not ready for that yet. Too soon."
Ray:"Pity. So why the parade outfits anyway?"
We talk for another half an hour then hang up.

6:oo pm

We walk into the club together. Our jaws drop open. It's like stepping back onto the set of 'Welcome to the Black Parade' except there were way more Gerard's, Rays, Bobs, Franks and Mikey's. I suddenly realized Dee was singing 'Teenagers' on stage. I smile as we head for Dees seating area. We sit down and watch her sing.

Dee's P.O.V

"...So darken your clothes or strike a violent pose...." I sang as I see the guys enter out the corner of my eye. They look very surprised and impressed. Good. Just what I wanted. ".....Maybe they'll leave you alone but not me." I finish.
The crowd cheers as a take the mic off it's stand and take a breath. Time for the speech.
"Hello 'My Romance' and 'Welcome to the Black Parade." The crowd cheers louder as I turn to give Sues a quick look behind me. She smiles. I turn back."I apologize that I'm nowhere near as good as the great Gerard Way himself."
Ste decides to join in. "I don't think he could look anywhere near as sexy as you." He wolf whistled.
I look down at my outfit. I'm wearing the drummer girl outfit complete with short skirt, long boots and long gloves. I painted the black mask on too. I looked back at Ste and shook my head. "Oh Ste. You never learn do you? Go Geena."
"Oh shit."Ste shouts then takes off towards the exit with Geena in tow. The crowd roars with laughter.
"It's good to see the MCRMY out in force to honor such a brilliant band." I say as the laughter dies down. The crowd cheers instead. "You all look so good." I look at Arnie by the stage."Turn the lights up so I can see." The stage lights go down and the club lights go on. I look out into the packed room. "The guys would be so proud of you." I say. "I see plenty of patients out there. A few of each guy but only TWO Bob?" I tut tut at them. "Do you realize that Bob is such a great guy? Obviously not. I see loads of Gerard's. That one there." I point to a guy in the crowd. "You could give Gerard a run for his money." The crowd laugh and I steal a glance at Gerard himself. His face is priceless.
"Glad to see plenty of Franks out there because today isn't just Halloween. It happens to be both mine and Franks birthday. So its a triple celebration tonight." More cheers. "So I think the birthday boy should join me on stage." I look over at a shocked Frank. "Frank..?"
The crowd look surprised then start fangirling as Frank joins me. He kisses my cheek. "Happy birthday, Dee."He whispers in my ear. I smile at him as I pull away. I keep my eyes on him as I speak again. "I first met Frank when he agreed to an interview for 'Music Biz'. We hit it off straight away. Now I can't get rid of him." The crowd laughs as Franks pouts. I look at Sues and she nods at me. I smile at Frank. "Remember at the set of 'Helena' when you wanted to get in the coffin but the guys wouldn't let you?" Frank nodded. I pointed to the back of the stage as the curtains opened to reveal two coffins. "Take your pick."
Franks face lit up as he headed towards them. He turned to look at me, then jumped when both coffins opened to reveal the mystery guests.
The older of the two had glasses and thinning black and grey hair. The other was a younger guy with thick black hair and green eyes. I looked at Gerard as the crowd cheered. He looked star struck. I smiled and turned to the crowd again. Frank and guests came to join me. The younger one grabbed my arm. Such a pain.
"If you don't know who these guys are, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?" The crowd laughed. "This is Tim Burton. Director of classics like 'Corpse Bride', 'Edward Scissorhands' and the brilliant 'Nightmare Before Christmas'." The crowd cheers again. "And this very clingy guy is the one and only Billie Joe Armstrong. Lead vocals for the brilliant Green Day." More cheering.
Billie grins as Sues passes mics to him, Tim and Frank. "I'm still waiting for my date." He says looking at me.
I laugh. "Your married and I'm spoken for. Behave yourself."
"You promised."He pouted. The crowd were loving it. They couldn't stop laughing.
"I did not." I shot him a mock shocked stare.
"Yes you did." He stated. "And a kiss." He looks deadly serious. "Gerard won't mind sharing you."
The crowd fan girl again as Ray, Bob, Mikey and Gerard walk on stage. "Oh yes I would." Gerard laughs as Billie backs up grinning. He reaches for Franks mic. Frank lets him take it. Gerard looks at the crowd and raises the mic to his mouth.
"Thank you for all of your support over the years. We love you all."
He turns to me as the crowd cheers. "This was one hell of a surprise." He says as the crowd go quiet. "The Black Parade theme is...awesome. But I'd like to ask you to join MY Black Parade....as my wife." My eyes widen and my jaw drops as he takes a box out of his pocket, opening it to reveal a beautiful single diamond ring. Then gets down on one knee, holding my left hand. "Dee Winters....the love of my life...will you marry me?" The crowd gasp.
"Yes." I smile. "Yes." I say again as the crowd cheer.
Gerard smiles and takes the ring out of the box to slip on my finger. Then he puts the box back in his pocket and picks me up, swinging me around. Then kisses me. He pulls away then raises the mic again. "I'm not finished yet." I stare at him. How does he intend topping that. "It seems I have my witnesses and Marcus is legally allowed to perform the ceremony..." He looks back at me. "When I asked you to marry me, I meant now."
Okay. He can top it."What...you...what?"
Gerard laughs. "I thought Ed could give you away and Frank..." He looks at Frank. "?..Can be my best man."
Frank frowns. "What about Mikey?"
"We discussed it." Mikey says. "I'm okay with it. Happy birthday, Frank."
Frank beams at Gerard. "I'd be honored." Mikey passes him two rings.
Gerard looks back at me. "Well? Will you marry me now? Right here?"
"Are you nuts?" I say with a smile. "Of course I will."

Marcus smiled as me and Gerard stood before him. "We are gathered here today to celebrate one of life's greatest moments." He begins as Gerard smiles at me. "The joining of two hearts. In this ceremony today we will witness the joining of my beautiful daughter, Dee Winters and Gerard Arthur Way in marriage. Is there anyone present who has just cause why this couple should not be united?" He pauses for a couple of minutes. "Who gives this woman to be married today?"
Ed smiles as he places my hands in Gerard's. Then steps back after kissing my cheek. "Today we have come together to witness the joining of these two lives. For them, out of the routine of not so ordinary life, the extraordinary has happened. They met each other, fell in love and are finalizing it with their wedding today. Romance is fun, but true love is something far more and it is their desire to love each other for life and that is what we are celebrating here today. A good marriage must be created. In marriage the little things are the big things. It is never too old to hold hands. It is remembering to say I love you at least once a day. It is never going to sleep angry. It is standing together and facing the world. It is not only marring the right person, it is being the right partner." He paused and looked at Gerard. "Now it's time for your vows."
Gerard's smile widened. "I promise you today, my beautiful Dee, I will never let you down. I will always be there for you when you need me and when you think you don't. I promise to always love you and show you that love on a daily basis."
Marcus smiled. "Dee?"
I shook my head. "How do I follow that?" The crowd laughed. "Okay. I promise to not let you down either. I promise to not give you any more cause to worry. And I promise to make sure you never serve a meal cooked...sorry burnt by Frank ever again." The crowd laughed again as Frank pouted. "I love you so much, Gerard. I promise to never stop loving you."
Marcus smiled and told us to stay facing each other, holding hands. "Repeat after me.,.." "I, Gerard Arthur Way take you Dee Winters to be my wife, my partner in life and my one true love." Gerard repeated. "I will cherish and love you today, tomorrow and for the rest of our lives. I will trust you and honor you. I will laugh with you and cry with you. Through the best and the worst, the difficult and easy. Whatever may come I will always be there. As I have given you my hand to hold, so I give you my life to keep."
"Dee."
"I, Dee Winters take you Gerard Arthur Way to be my husband, my partner in life and my one true love." I repeated. "I will cherish and love you today, tomorrow and for the rest of our lives. I will trust you and honor you. I will laugh with you and cry with you. Through the best and the worst, the difficult and easy. Whatever may come I will always be there. As I have given you my hand to hold, so I give you my life to keep."
Marcus smiled again. "Gerard Arthur Way, do you take Dee Winters to be your wife?"
"I do." Gerard smiles.
"Do you promise to love, honor, cherish and protect her, forsaking all others and holding only unto her forevermore?"
"I do."
"Dee Winters, do you take Gerard Arthur Way to be your husband?"
I smiled."I do."
"Do you promise to love, honor, cherish and protect him, forsaking all others and holding only unto him forevermore?"
"I do."
"The rings...?"
Gerard looked at Frank who suddenly realized it was his part. He passed Gerard a gold band with tiny diamonds scattered around it. Gerard looked back at me.
"Repeat after me..." Marcus said.
"I, Gerard Arthur Way, take thee Dee Winters to be my wife." He slid the ring on my finger as he carried on speaking. "To have and to hold, in sickness and in health, for richer or for poorer, in joy and sorrow, and I promise my love to you. And with this ring I take you as my wife, for as long as we both shall live."
Frank gave me a plain gold ring. "I, Dee Winters, take thee Gerard Arthur Way to be my husband." I slid the ring on his finger as I carried on speaking. "To have and to hold, in sickness and in health, for richer or for poorer, in joy and sorrow, and I promise my love to you. And with this ring I take you as my husband, for as long as we both shall live."
"By the power invested in me." Marcus began. "I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride."
Gerard grabbed me around the waist. I slid my arms around his neck. He smiled at me as the crowd cheered. "Well hello, Mrs Dee Way." He lowered his head and joined our lips.

One hour later.

Gerard and the guys were on stage singing songs from the 'Black Parade' album. I can't believe we're married. It's all happened so quick. I watch as Tim and Billie join in with Gerard on stage. Tim couldn't sing. But he was trying. Bless him.
"Sorry to disturb you, Dee."
I turn around to see Arnie smiling down at me. "What's up?" "Phone call for you in the office. They said it's urgent." I sigh but stand up. "Okay. I'm on it." I look back at Gerard on the stage. He looks back at me with a smile. I smile back and indicate I have to go answer a call. He nods and blows a kiss.

One hour later.

Gerard's P.O.V

The sound system shuts down and the large TV screen comes on. Everyone looks up at the screen. What the fuck. It's Pete. He looks like he's in a hole stood on a coffin.
"Hello brother. Hello Gerard." He says. He turns the camera slightly so the screen is pointing to the top of the coffin. He moves so we can see who is behind him. I freeze in horror. Dee is laid there. Her hands are tied together. She has blood coming from her lip and a cut above her eyebrow. She's trying to move.
"As you can see, I have your precious Dee."
"Don't do this, Pete." My heart begins to break as I hear Dee plead with Pete. "Please let me go."
Pete punches her in the nose. "Shut the fuck up." He turns back to the camera. "We're going to play a little game. If you win, Dee lives. If you loose..." He grins. "She dies." He holds up a small oxygen tank in one hand and Dee's mobile phone in the other. "Dee will be given her phone and this oxygen tank. She will be sealed in this coffin and buried alive."
"Fucking sick bastard." Bob shouted as he kicked over the drums. Frank, Ray and Mikey grabbed hold of him while Ed put a hand on my shoulder.
"I have left you a note in the office. It has six clues to Dees whereabouts. They are in the form of your lyrics. Dee will have two hours before the oxygen runs out. Have fun." He turned the camera off.
Arnie ran to the office. A minute later he emerged with a piece of paper. "That little bastard should have been drowned at birth." He stated. "If he hurts Dee...." I put my hand on his shoulder.
"We will get Dee back. Alive."
Ed grabbed the paper. "First clue is 'Ride into the sunset.' What could that mean?"
"The sun sets in the east."A patient shouts from the crowd.
Ed nods. "So we go east."
"To where?" I ask. I have to concentrate on this if I'm going to get Dee back. Why does Dee get so much bad luck? She sure as hell doesn't deserve it.
"Next clue is 'By the grace of god.'"
"The old church." Another guy in the crowd. "We owe Dee a lot. All of us. So we're going to look for her with you. You'll find her faster if we all pull together." He stated. The rest of the crowd agreed.
"Too many can kill her if they aren't organized properly." Ed shouted. "So if your going to help, you have to follow me. Thank you all." Everyone nodded agreement. Then we all headed to the old church.
It took us half an hour to get there.
"Next clue is 'Climb out from the pine box'." Ed said, "What the fuck does that mean?"
The next twenty minutes was taken up by random ideas that didn't get us anywhere. Then a woman dressed as the woman in the gas mask had a idea. "Isn't that forest called PINE cone forest?"
Ed snapped his fingers."Glad your here," He looked at me. "She's right. Next clue is ' The angels just cut out her tongue.' Anybody?"
Ray jumped up off of a old bench. "Maybe it's a angel statue of a tree that looks like one." "Nice one, Ray." Ed said, then turned to the crowd."Break into groups and we'll search in a line. Let's go and shout if you see anything. "
We all moved into the forest. Ed kept loads of torches in his car for emergencies ever since Dee was kidnapped by Gavin. He said he never wanted to take anymore chances. He also kept rope, blankets and water. So each group had a torch.
We searched for fifty minutes before Ray shouted. We all ran to him. In the middle of the forest was a angel statue.
"Next clue is 'Well here's your answer in spades.'"Ed said.
I spotted something by a tree nearby. "I'm assuming that means those spades will help us dig up Dee." I say, pointing to the tree with four spades leaning against it.
My phone started ringing. There's reception out here? I look at the caller ID. Its Dee. I answer as I look at Ed.
Me:"Oh god, Dee, baby."
Dee:"I can hear people above me."
I look at everyone. "Stand still and be very quiet." I shout. Everyone does as I say.
Dee:"You have a big mouth."
I laugh. "She's very close."
Ed looks back at the angel statue. "That ground looks freshly dug."
Ray , Mikey, frank and Bob grab a spade and start digging.
"Twenty minutes left." Ed stated." Last clue was obviously to take the piss. It said 'Bury me and fade to black'"
Eighteen minutes later and we were down to the coffin. Ed ripped it open and lifted Dee out. He hugged her after untying her legs and hands then passed her up to me.
I hugged her as the search party cheered.
"Oh god, Gee, I didn't think I was ever going to get out of there." She sobbed. I picked her up and carried her bridal style out of the forest to a ambulance waiting there. I sat her on the ambulance step.
"I wouldn't have let that happen." I promised. The paramedic checked her over as I watched. She never took her eyes off of me as I stared back into her eyes.
"I can't detect the baby." He stated.
Dee shook her head. "No. Please." She whispered as tears ran down her face.
