Bittersweet
Summary
Grace (19) lives with her two older brothers in an African American dominated part of New Jersey. As a mixed race girl, she constantly feels like she can never belong in a predetermined "group".
Gerard (27) is a kindergarten teacher who dreams of being the superhero figure in his real life after being raised on comic books. He uses his anti-depressants to keep him from missing his brother, who was the only one he was really close to his entire life.
