Don't assume

i was thrown off about franks outburst all week. what did i do or my family do to frank that upset him so much.

ashley had been at my house saturday but went home saying she needed to help her mom do something.

mikey had been holed way in his room probably trying to hide something he took that’s still apparent in his face that he doesn’t want me to know about like drugs.

i’m not mad if he did take any after i said no but i’m still disappointed about it, i don’t want him getting hurt.

as i was thinking of mikey he himself walks into my room.

“hey.” he said quietly. he doesn’t look like he was on any drugs he just looks hurt.

“hey.” i replied “you okay?”

“promise me if i tell you something you won’t get mad at me?”

when he that i began to worry. “yeah mikey you can tell me anything. you know that.”

he took a deep breath and sat on my bed. before he could start talking he started crying. “mikey?”

“y-you know the p-party we went to?” he asked his voice continually cracking.

“yeah…”

“i lost my virginity there.” he whispered.

“oh my god mikey!” i said totally shocked. “wait then why are you crying? was- you weren’t forced were you?” i ask internally starting to freak out.

he shakes his head. “no it..it wasn’t forced.”

“why are you so upset? weren’t you read? i cant help if you don’t tell me.”

“okay so we were y’now at first just talking in the kitchen and then he started making moves.

“he told me i was cute then asked if i wanted to go outside with him, and of course i said yes.

“we talked a while and had a few drinks then he started moving closer to me and he put his hand on my thigh.

‘“ we started kissing and i don’t know how much time passed but then he stood up and asked if i wanted to go find an empty room with him.
i told him yes so we went back in the house to find one.
once we were in the room things went fast and before i knew it we were y;now” he said quietly as his voice started shaking.

“do you want to a break?” i asked him but he shook his head.

“we finished and then we layer on the bed holding each other.his phone rang but he told me to ignore it so at first i did. it continually rang for almost five minutes before i just told him to answer it.

“when he did i heard someone asking him where he was and he told them he was outback. apparently whoever he was talking too couldn’t hear him and was looking for a quiet room and opened ours.

“ he saw us and started screaming then ran out of the room crying. when i asked who he was the guy told me it was boyfriend.”

i remained silent watching mikey’s body shake.

“im so sorry mikey.”

“don’t be. its my fault that i slept with someone i just met, i mean he only has my virginity now, and i caused him to cheat on his boyfriend.”

“that’s not your fault, it was that guys for being a shitty boyfriend and cheating, you had no idea he was taken.”

“i guess but i still feel bad about it. i should’ve waited for someone special.”

“mikey we all make mistakes, you’ll find someone who will want to sleep with you and only you. it’s not the end of the world.”

he nodded and sighed. “mikey do you remember this kids name?” i asked because if i knew him i was definitely going to give him shit for hurting my brother.
“i only remember he was blonde and buff, i was too drunk to remember any other specific details.”
