Gives You Hell
Truth be told, i'm lying
Frank stretched and yawned as he woke up. It was around six in the evening, and it was getting dark outside. He look around his messy room, his guitars leaning against the wall, clothes everywhere. Frank didn't know what was clean and what wasn't. He blinked lazily and pulled the blankets off his legs and dragged himself out of bed.
"Mornin' sleeping beauty," Ray smirked as Frank wandered into the kitchen. Dirty dishes and cups were littered all around the room, and the house in fact. He laughed lightly and slumped into a chair, resting his arms on the table in front of him. He yawned again before Pete placed a beer can in front of him.
"Mate, I can't-"
"C'mon Frank," Pete said, pushing the can into Frank's hand. Frank rolled his eyes and took a sip of the drink. He sighed happily at the taste. He jumped at the sound of Ray blasting music from the massive speakers in the living room. It was mid-summer, so all the windows and the back door was wide open. Which, unfortunately, meant their pain in the backside neighbour, Gerard Way, would hear the blaring music. Frank sat back in his chair, waiting for Gerard to turn up to complain about the noise. And, not even five minutes after Ray had turned the music on, Gerard was storming over to their house.
"Why must you always do this?!" he shouted over the music. Frank made his way to the back door and leant against the doorframe. A smirk spread across his face as he watched Gerard's fiancée, Lindsey, tugging his arm, desperately trying to pull him back to their home.
"Gee, please don't this, not tonight!" she yanked at his arm, but failed to bring him back. He stopped right in front of Frank, staring down at him.
"Turn your god damn music down!" he shouted, pushing his finger into Frank's shoulder. Frank laughed and shook his head, breaking the eye contact between them.
"If I were you, which luckily, i'm not, i'd listen to her and go back inside," Frank nodded towards the woman standing on the grass, biting her nails nervously as she watched her angry fiancée.
"Just turn it down! We're trying to have a nice, quiet night in and your music is ruining that!" Gerard pushed Frank harshly, causing the smaller man to stumbled back.
"Fuck off! I'm not turning my music down, no one else is complaining!" Frank pushed Gerard back, feeling anger rush through him.
Although Frank was now fuming, he couldn't help but think about how lovely Gerard's eyes were. Even when anger was swirling through them, the beautiful hazel brown colour always made a butterfly or two flutter in Frank's stomach.
"Look, I don't want trouble. I just want you to be considerate of others and turn your fucking music down" Gerard spat and glared at Frank, before turning around and walking back to his house. Frank rolled his eyes and wandered back into the house.
"What a dick, right?" Brendon laughed and leant back into the sofa, taking a long drag of the cigarette.
"Yeah" Frank breathed, perching on arm of the chair.
Gerard slammed the door and sighed heavily.
"Babe just block it out," Lindsey murmured as she pressed her face into the crook of his neck. She slipped her arms around his waist, pulling him closer. She kissed his neck gently, tugging at his shirt.
"I can't just block that noise out, Linds. Ugh, why do they have to have it so loud?" Gerard ranting, completely ignoring Lindsey's lips, which were now making their way across his jaw.
"Maybe I could help you ignore it?" she whispered into his ear, carrying on with the light kisses across his jaw.
"Mmm, honey i'm not feeling it tonight," Gerard mumbled, walking out of Lindsey's grip. Lindsey felt a sinking feeling in her stomach. Since they'd moved to that neighbourhood, Gerard had basically completely stopped 'feeling it'. Which was awfully frustrating for her, seeing as she was almost always wanting to do it.
She made a small, frustrated noise as she walked into the bedroom to find Gerard slipping his shirt off his shoulders.
"Hmf, god Gee...you're so hot" she groaned as she ran her hands up his bare back. She kissed his shoulder gently.
"Lindsey...Honey" Gerard turned around and stared down at his fiancée. He ran his fingertips down her cheek.
"You're so beautiful, Lindsey" he mumbled and pressed his lips against hers. She kissed back straight away, wrapping her arms around his neck and tangling her fingers in his hair She started to push him back, towards the bed. The back of his legs hit the bed and he suddenly fell down onto it, pulling Lindsey on top of him.
"Honey, we should sleep" Gerard mumbled, gently pushing Lindsey off him. She frowned down at him and wandered across the room, to her bed. She hated the fact Gerard made them sleep in separate beds. But he had promised that once they were married he would get them a double bed, which only made her more desperate to marry him.
"Goodnight, Gee" she blew him a kiss before snuggling down into the bed.
"Sleep tight" Gerard said sleepily. He yawned and allowed his eyes to close lightly. The music had finally gone down and was now just a quiet thumping noise, which Gerard could live with for now.
