The Killjoys returned to Battery City to return society back to normal.

And just a few months later, Helena gave birth to their beautiful, healthy boy.
"Look, Frank," she said to her husband. "He's got your eyes."
Frank approached his wife and their newborn.
"Hey little guy." he said to his infant son. "Daddy's here, and he's going to love you no matter what."
Gerard, and Mikey entered the room, followed by Ray and Grace.
"Hey," Gerard said to them. "How's the kid?"
"Little Frankie here is doing fine." Helena answered.
"But there is something we should tell you guys." Frank added.
"What's that?" Ray asked.
A nurse then came in with another baby.
"Here's the second one." the nurse said to them. "Another healthy boy."
She handed the second child to Helena.
"Twins?" Grace asked excitedly.
"Uh huh." Helena answered. "We didn't find out until after Frankie's delivery."
She looked back at the second twin.
"Hello there, little Bert Quinn Iero." she said to the second one.

Frank and Helena then arrived home later that evening. They brought Frank Anthony and Bert Quinn into their new room and placed them into their cribs. Their father then played the track "Desert Song" to them as their lullaby. He then took his wife to the living room, which had a large window with city view. They peered through the window and gazed at the city.
'The kids will be fine." Frank said to Helena. "They'll have everything they could ever need. And then some."
"I know they will." Helena said to him. "Just like I do."
"How so?"
She then turned to her husband, and answered.
"All I ever really needed in my life was someone to be there for me." she said. "Someone who understood. Someone I could love and be together with forever. And you gave me just that."
They then kissed each other into as the sun went down in the New Battery City.
