The Iero Family

As i walk out of my dead end job as a cashier at Starbucks, i shove in my headphones blasting this is war by 30 seconds to mars. The walk home only takes 10 minutes and as it was a cool Autumn evening and know one was around i start to sing along to the beautiful song. The smell of homemade pizza filled my nose as i passed the all to familiar Italian restaurant. Its such a sweet family business and does the most amazing garlic bread. Which reminds me, its my brother matty's 21st birthday. I love my brother but he goes crazing when it comes to birthdays. Luckily i was able to slip out of the apartment before he was awake. That was for too reasons, 1 that i had work and 2 because i hadn't brought him a present. As i see the apartment building is see a banner pinned up to the balcony of mattys room. A sigh escapes my lips as i enter the building. I smile a Jenny the receptionist as i pass the main desk and into the elevator. She such a lovely person but always criticizes my family when she sees us all together.


As the elevator stops on the 6 floor, I slowly walk towards my apartment to while taking my headphones of and picking up Mattys present preparing myself for the madness inside. As i reach the door and start to turn the handle of my apartment door i see Matty waiting for me at the end of the hallway.
"Pippa's home!!! Pippa's home!!" Matty screeches sprinting down the hallway and pulls me into a bone crushing hug.
" Yes im home and i have your present Matty!" Matty looks at me with an childish grin and jumps up and down.
"Gimme gimme"
I pass him his present closely watching his face as he unravels it form the black tissue paper.
" oh my days i love it! how did you find this!" screamed Matty running off into the lounge to show the others.
"Matty its only a poster of Iron Madian and some fingerless gloves" I chuckle while walking into the lounge to join everyone.
Matty was sitting in the middle of the lounge with Chloe and Jessie drooling over the poster as Jasper was attempting to play Amnesia on his laptop sprawled across the gigantic white sofa.
"Only just a poster! Only just a poster!!" The three of the screech as i grab a coke of of the coffee table behind them.
"Pippa that's my coke!!" yelled Jasper not taking his eyes of the computer screen.
"Well tough titties to you then" i replied as i take a sip from the bottle and sit on his feet.
"uuggghhh your soooo heavyy and fine have the damn coke" Jasper shoot back at me as i rolled of his feet and on to the wooden floor coke spilling all over me and the floor.
"Is there ever going to be a day when your not spilling liquid every where" Sniggered Chloe from the armchair on the other side of the room.
"Nope and since when did anyone sit in that chair?" I replied as i stood up and started walking towards the bathroom.
" Since never and i actually love it."
" Don't be too long in the shower. We're all going to Juno's in two hours!" Yelled Gabby from her and Jasper's room.
"Ok-aaahh! What the fuck Jessie"
" Well you left your mess on the floor from the coke so i cleaned it up for you like the nice sister i am and heres the cloth i used as you token of my kindness" Jessie said skipping of towards her room
" Oh and don't use all the hot water!!" She yelled just before the door of here room slammed after her.
"Bitch"
