Yes, Mr. Way

The night went relatively quickly and soon me and Gerard were cuddling in bed, it made me so happy having him next to me, his warm body pressed against mine.

'You nervous?' He whispered, turning over to look at me.

'About what?' I whispered back.

'Tomorrow, finding out if we can have a child' He said, sounding really nervous.

'Yeah, but I'm sure it will be fine, don't worry' I said, kissing Gerard on the cheek and wrapping my arms around him tighter. We soon drifted off into a deep peaceful sleep.

***TIME LAPSE***

We sat patiently in the waiting room, waiting for the doctor to call us, and soon, after about half an hour, we were called in and very excited.

'Hello, I'm Dr.Tony' He said, holding out his hand for us to shake.

'I'm Gerard and he's Frank' Gerard smiled, as he shook his hand, then the doctor shook mine.

'So what can i do for you both?' He said, sitting down at his chair as we sat down ourself's.

'We heard that you were looking for male participants to partake in an experiment regrading having children?' Gerard said, which shocked me, he sounded so fucking intellectual, well he was a teacher, MY teacher.

'Yes and which one of you wants to partake?' Dr.Tony said, grabbing a few papers.

'Uh, me' I said, raising my hand slightly.

'Okay, yes and how old are you?' he asked.

'17' I muttered, well that's it, the age has fucked it all i bet.

'A little early don't you think, 17, you still have so much time' the doctor said, as he began to fill in his papers.

'We want too now' I said, smiling a little.

'Date of birth?' The doctor asked.

'The 31st of October 1997' I smiled, I took a glance at Gerard who looked really nervous.

'Not long till your 18 then' the doctor smiled.

'Yeah, about 3 weeks' I smiled.

'Yes, and when do you leave school?' He asked.

'Next June' I smiled.

'If all works well, you can finish school before you have the child' The doctor smiled, as he finished writing on his paper.

'That's great' Gerard smiled, grabbing my hand.

'Do your parents know?' He asked, pushing his glasses up.

'No, i will tell them soon' I said. I'm pretty sure my mom would understand, i might call her later.

'If you need any help in telling them let me know' The doctor smiled.

'Okay well come back tomorrow and we will sort you out' The doctor smiled, as he stood up and shook our hands.

'Thanks doc' I said, as me and Gerard walked out.

'That went well' Gerard smiled.

'But what about you?' I said, 'I need to tell my mom I'm dating you, but she might hate the idea Gee' I added.

'Why don't i just stop being a teacher and take up something else? I do art and singing, that could get me a job in something?' He said, as we headed back to his car.

'No, i wouldn't expect you to do that' I said, then suddenly my phone buzzed, it was my mom.

'Do i tell her?' I said to Gerard.

'Go for it, I'm here for you if all does not go to plan' he smiled, I answered the phone.

'Hey honey' my mom said, sounding really happy.

'Hey mom, uh we need to talk, its something I've never told you before' I said, getting nervous.

'Honey what is it? You know that ill always accept you no matter what' she said.

'Well, uh, I'm gay and I'm dating somebody, i have been for a while now' I blurted out, hoping she would be okay with it.

'Oh honey why didn't you tell me before?' she said.

'I thought you would hate me' I sighed. Almost in tears.

'No matter what ill never hate you' she said.

'What if i told you i wanted a child' I said.....shit.

'Are you 100% sure you really want too?' she said.

'Too late, I've seen the doctor, he says I'm eligible to do some experiment to conceive one, mom you don't know how much this means to me' i cried.

'Look, its your life, and your old enough to decide what's right for you, your an adult now Frank' She said....thank god she is okay, i never expected this reaction.

'Will it affect school?' She said.

'No, the timing will be just right' I said, Gerard was already in the car waiting for me.

'I'm happy for you and...who is he?' She asked.

'His names Gee' I said, smiling at Gerard who was in the car.

'I'm happy for you both, ill talk soon, me and the girls are going out' she said before hanging up. I put my phone away and got in the car with Gerard, who gave me a massive hug.

'She doesant mind Gee, I'm so happy' I smiled.
