Not Good Enough

Frank's POV


Frank could see Gerard's face turning red and giggled. He was so damn cute.

"Well hey, no need to blush about it. I like you a lot too, Gerard." After a split second of pointless worrying, Frank decided it would be a good time to go for a kiss. He leaned in, pressing his lips softly to Gerard's, almost scared he wouldn't kiss back. But he had nothing to worry about. Gerard was more than willing.

The kiss got heated, but when Gerard's fingertips slipped under his shirt, Frank froze up, breaking the kiss.

"Gerard..."

"Shit, sorry...I just kind of...got carried away."

"It's alright. Just...you know why we can't...do that."

Gerard sighed. "Yeah, I know. Sorry, Frank.

Shit, this was awful. Frank had never felt worse about his body. Why couldn't he just have been born with a dick and a flat chest and not have to worry about this shit. " I mean, it's not that I don't want to."

Gerard smiled. Good. "Yeah I believe that. You were getting pretty into that kiss."

"Oh, like you weren't."

"Hey, I never said I wasn't."

Frank tackled him playfully, wrapping his arms around him in a tight hug. "I love you." ...shit, had he actually just said that out loud? Oh well, too late now.

Gerard sat up slightly, looking Frank in the eyes. "You mean that?"

Frank thought for a second. He couldn't think of anything else this feeling could be. "Yeah. I do."

Gerard smiled and lay back, closing his eyes. "Love you too, Frank."

Frank smiled and closed his eyes as well, Gerard's heartbeat eventually lulling him into a peaceful sleep.
