Summary
Allie lives on 'no mans land' it's kinda like a battleground.
You don't see many people anymore, the main thing people do is avoid other people. Cannibals, bandits, rapists and what not roam around. That is one reason Allie lives in a broken down blue bug (car,) hardly anyone goes there. It's way to dangerous.
Frank lives in an abandoned diner with his friends. He is probably easier to find, a lot of people raid the town. The cannibals hang about there, NO Frank is not a cannibal. He is just trying to survive.
